Hi my name is Jalynn Vigil I am majoring in Social Work with an emphasis in Sociology. A little about myself is I have a strong passion with the career path I am on by helping others.

I love helping people and I feel like it is something that people overlooked.

I have always loved taking care of people I took care of my grandmother after my grandfather passed away. My passion is to help others. I have been a caregiver for over 15 to 20 years. I love what I do. I am a very caring and passionate person, I am very easy to get along with.

I am a very patient, understanding person i have great communication skills I am very personable. What attracts me to be a caregiver is the fact that alot of people in the heal are field do it for money I am interested in being a caregiver to give people a sense of compassion I enjoy helping others and making them feel great love companionship. I enjoy the smiles I can put on ones face and potential to make them happy. One personal achievement I am proud of is the dedication I put into my work !

As I do not have much experience as being a caregiver for elderly, I do have a variety of skills from previous jobs that has prepared me for this position, such as patience, empathy, time management and wonderful communication. Also I have personal skills that make me a great fit like amazing people skills, active listening and social skills. When reviewing my resume, you may notice a gap in employment. My absence is due to me taking time to care for my children. My child-rearing experience has enhanced my talents in leadership, teamwork, determination, and prioritization as I managed multiple schedules, enforced rules, and provided around-the-clock care.
