I became a caregive three an half years ago, get cerified in one of the most wonderful school in maryland, i become a caregiver because i have passon to help and care for people expecially the elderly because i think of getting there some day, they are the most beautiful you can be with, love to spend time with them, apart from the fact that caregiven put food on my take i fill complete and happy been able to help someone, putting a smile on some bodies face it goes a long way.

I have 9+ years of senior care giving through volunteer work in nursing homes, working as a personal caregiver for a year, and working as an activities assistant and a Direct Support Professional. I have experience with the intellectually disabled, dementia, and elder care. I'm passionate about working with and in geriatrics. I currently go to school online due to the pandemic but my full focus will be on your loved one.

I am a mostly a jolly fellow, I love to laugh (best medicine). I am also very patient which I have being told in multiple occasions. I believe if one is to take time to help someone they should do so wholeheartedly, without expecting anything in return. I don't believe in the saying, "I'm having a bad day."

I am very friendly, kind, compassionate, and work hard to be the best I can be by providing quality care. Most importantly I try my best to ensure my patient is very comfortable at all times.

I am Maureen Johnson and I have twin sons that are in college. I worked in the Government for over 30 years. I am available 7:am - 9pm Mon-Fri to assist an English speaking adult or child that needs care.. I crochet and knit; have my own car and I enjoy talking and helping people. I assisted in caring for my grandmother for approx 15 years. Last I have a clean and clear non criminal record; and do not take no illegal drug substances. I look forward in working close with the family in making sure that your mother is care for properly. I have a hard copy of the police clearance report from the state of Maryland. Which is good and clear non criminal record. I look forward in caring for your mother and working close with the family.

What makes me a great care giver because i care a lot about the person that i am taking care of, this person is not a client to me but a part of my family. I have done quiet a few jobs in my life but they never fit but being a care giver is priceless when i get that smile or hug and i made that person happy. The reason why wanted to be a care giver is because the conversations that we have and these people a part of history. The last person that i cared for was not communicating with her daughter and i brought them back together before she passed

I am retired, I would love to walk your dog/pet sit or house sit. The jobs would be very beneficial to me and your pet.

I recently HHA certified and currently Working on my CNA License . I've spent Volunteer hours as part of a school programs at Doctor's Community Hospital. I have the needed skill to get the care done. I am capable Sound Judgment and confident care. I am Devoted , caring , compassionate,, Honest, Initiative and confident, I have Enthusiasm for the job i do to make home home as if it is someone of my family. I take control when needed and be communicable. I know my my main is to keep every safe and to better sound health.

I love my grandmother so much and I took care of her until she passed, it has been my passion since then to be a caregiver, It gives me so much joy putting smiles on people's faces. Besides that, i'm a nursing major so i'm gaining more experience in my desired field of work.

I became a care giver when my grandmother was very sick. I had to take care of her and be with her at all times. Never to leave her by herself because she had Alzheimer and dementia, disease very confuse just like a baby. From there I got to know old people very well and love them more. My personal achievement I am proud of, is that I have learn to interact with different people of different culture, cooking different foods from different ethnic groups. I have been like a mother taking care of elderly doing leave-in as well as leave-out since 1999 in Washington DC and MD. I help them with their ADL for example; Bathing, dressing COOKING LIGHT HOUSE CLEARNING LAUNDRY SHOPPING FEEDING WALKING TRANSFER FROM BED TO CHAIR TRANSFER FROM CHAIR TO BED ABULATE OR ASSIST TO THE BATH ROOM AND BACK TO CHAIR OR BACK TO BED EMTY TRASH EACH SHIFT REMIND THEM FOR THEIR MEDICATION PUT THEM TO BED ON TIME TO SLEEP GET THEM OUT OF BED ON TIME IN THE MORNING REPOSITION EVERY TWO HOURS DIAPER CHANGE IMMIDIETELY HE /SHE IS WET COMMUNICATION AND GOOD COMPANY.

My name is Mevis and my objective is to to gain employment as a CNA or Med Tech. I have been in the field of caring for people of all ages for 17 years now. I am very compassionate, energetic, friendly, flexible, understanding, patient, hardworking, compassionate, caring, and above all, I am eager to take care of people who need assistance. l would love to take care of your mom, dad, or other relative. I have been a caregiver for quite a long time and have had extensive experience dealing with elderly people. I will gladly take on chores such as cooking, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation to doctors' appointments, cleaning, and medication administration. I became caregiver because I have passion for putting others first. Seeing someone happy, safe and fulfilling life is enough to make it all worth. It all started when my step father became ill before God called him. It was hard on my mother, so I took care of him till the end, and I saw the happiness and love he felt during that time.After his passing, I decided to get my license in order to help putting the same happiness and love to someone in need. What I like about being a caregiver is to make small changes to someone everyday life and also watching the smile emerge and hearing their laughter is enough to make a difference. My personal achievement am proud is putting myself in school to further my education in respiratory therapy. I'm respectful 31 old lady and very humble, calm person. A student and a lovely mother. I like spending time with my family on my spare time and enjoy cooking.

I began taking a Certified Nursing Assistant class in 2008, I graduated in 2009 and received my license. From there I was always interested in getting a nursing job so I applied everyday until I finally got a job at a nursing facility. I worked there for about 10 months until I got another position doing one on one care and haven't looked back since. I like giving back to people. I like being able to help those in need and I enjoy seeing people smile. I am always willing to be of assistance and always sure to have positive energy.

I became a Caregiver because i love giving care and hope to the living. It's a great impact on my way to becoming a better doctor and a great personality. Am easy to interact with and above all am trying to be the best in what i do or become tomorrow.
