I'm a compassionate, very conscientious, dedicated, patient and professional caregiver, home health aid, and CNA with excellent work ethics. I pay attention to details, and provide peace of mind to families knowing that their loved ones are in good hands. Highly sought out, and requested by the same clients. When I worked for EHM Senior Solutions, all of my long-term clients would rather not have anyone else come in from the company when I was not available. With all of my clients that needed 24 hour care and had several caregivers, I was the only one asked to stay on assignment when they no longer needed 24 hour care. Lastly, I had a client that was put in Hospice Care and was given 3 days to live. After 1 month of starting the assignment, my client graduated from Hospice, and lived for another 2 years. He lived to be 100yrs old.

I am a great caregiver because I am good at communicating changes with patients that may not understand what's happening. I enjoy helping those that can not help themselves and being kind and compassionate everyone when help is needed or not.

I have great compassion for our elders & those in need of great care. I understand that families would want someone to treat their love ones as well as they would. I aim to care to the best of my ability.

The most important thing that makes me a great caregiver is that I love what I do. I became a caregiver because my mother and grandmother needed care. So I ask myself," How would I want someone to care for them if I weren't around to do it? Or how would I want to be taken care of myself?" I am a retired LOSS PREVENTION SPECIALIST who gave up my career to help care for my mom who was sick for years . After she passed away I realized this was my calling,took a CNA course at age 50 and became a personal companion/caregiver for an elderly women. Her family had employed me for 5 years,full time until she died at age 94 in 2016. I then started working thru Visiting Angels and I also remain at Brighton Gardens as a receptionist,the facility where my longterm client had lived. I fully believe each client I have is always treated just the way I would want my own Mother or Father to be treated,with respect and dignity.
