Hello , my name is Tmeciah Hill my passion for caregiving started with my mom she's been a CNA for 23 years and by her being a single mom me and my brother had to go to work with her some days and watching her take care of her clients and just make them comfortable and feel loved made me want to do the same , I would help my mom feed her clients and exercise with them all at the age of 13 years old. The one thing I love the most about being a caregiver is giving someone's family hope that they can still be happy and comfortable despite their age or disability.

My name is Esperanza Rocha I have 2and a half years experience as a caregiver. I became a caregiver because I was not able to help my grandma with her care just because I was not old enough at the time. She had dementia so she was placed in a nursing home. I made a promise that I would go into health care so I could at least help out everyone else. What I love the most about caregiver is being able to grow a bond with the residents and being able to understand how different there background is compared to how life is now.

I have been in the shoes of needing help, and understand the vulnerability, and the need for someone like me, to be the best part of a patients day.. I currently work at valley Senior living, and after a few years of working, I'd thought I'd try something new, well the tears from my old people, have me still working there.. I go above and beyond even on days I don't have it all together.. I have work with dementia patients, stroke, neurological issues... I can cook, clean, and or whatever else we are allowed to do!
