I am a dedicated CNA with a big heart. I love taking care of people and seeing them smile. I decided to be a CNA because it's something I feel passionate about and I believe it was my calling.. I have 15 pus years of experience in Home Health and Caregiving.

I became a caregiver in 2017 when a close friend offered me to come and work for her! I immediately fell in love with caregiving because I have a heart for helping others but elders in particular because I feel they are the reason we are here today! God says, "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver". God has placed on here on earth to help others and be a light unto him! I love our elders there is so much wisdom and joy and good stories that come with them!

Since getting my Nurse Aide Certification, I have had experience in a nursing home, transitional care, assistant living, memory care, and home care. One thing that makes me a good caregiver is , I care. I have had quite a few experiences aiding those who have had health challenges, and even working voluntarily with Hospice Care for those with difficult situations. The thing that I think about when giving care to someone is, this could be me. I put myself in the place of others and try to treat each person as though I am caring for myself. The one thing that I am most proud of is the ability to never give up. The words that I live by are in the lyrics of a song " If I can just help somebody as I pass along, then my living will not be in vain " .

I'm a 33 year old female who helped my grandmother take care of my sick grandfather after he retired. Being able to care for and comfort him before his health fully declined filled my heart with joy and drove me to become a caregive.
