My name is Tracy I've been in healthcare for about 25 years I am 50 years old I have plenty of experience as a nursing assistant I have been in hospitals Assisted Living private home care I've done several things in the healthcare industry and I hope to meet some wonderful family soon and start making my client smile :-)

I wanted to help people and children. I like to see people smile and knowing that they are being taken care of properly. I took care of a disable adult that gave me a big smile after I help him. This made my day so much brighter.

Hello, my name is Krista and i have been in the field of nursing for 16 years. I started as a CNA when i was 20, went to school and became a Certified Medical Assistant at 25, and passed the California State Board of Nursing NCLEX exam in December, 2013. I have worked across the board in all specialities including long term geriatrics, Alzheimer's care, specialized pediatrics, wound care, ventilator and tracheostomy, orthopedics, cardiology, neurology, emergency medicine, etc. Nursing is in my blood, it's not just a job for me. I have extensive experience and impeccable references. Unfortunately, 2 weeks after receiving my LVN license I was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 36. I went through treatment and am proud to say I am currently cancer free. Due to this set back and the extensive healing time involved, I need to have a low stress job that allows for some flexibility. I became a caregiver in 1999. I wanted to be a caregiver when I lost my mother in 1998. At that time I wanted to make a difference in someone who was either sick, elder or someone whom could not care for themselves life. I get great rewards being a caregiver. Me and my sister care for our dad from 2010 to 2012 in our home. He was diagnose with Alzheimer. It was the hardest thing I ever did as an caregiver. This is why I am and became a caregiver who not only just work but also care.

i have been in the healthcare field for 13year's. My speciality is in mentally and physically handicap children and adults. I love what i do! Seeing the excitement and confidence in an individual by helping with simple things like a new hair do or cute outfit makes me so happy. I am currently in the process of changing my illinois Certified Nursing Assistant license to Florida. I am also hoping to get into college sometime to further my education in nursing. I am a natual caregiver in my everyday life. I wouldn't choose any other career to be a part of.

I believe I am a great caregiver because I am compassionate, caring, understanding & patient. I became a caregiver because I absolutely love the feeling of being able to help someone that needs the help. I don't like to see people suffer so I love to help when I can. My mother is a nurse/ caregiver so I have had the the great opportunity of watching her and listening to her great stories, which inspired me to want to become a caregiver. I started by helping my elderly grandmother with her ADL's ( activities of daily living ), bathing, errands, and housekeeping. Although that in itself was satisfying, I wanted to help more people who were in need of a caregiver. I decided to attend Lincoln Technical Institute, in the Medical Assistant Technology degree program. Upon completion of the program (08/30/2016), I will have my associates degree and my certification as a medical assistant. Through my school, I have had the pleasure of interviewing and being hired at Interim Healthcare as a caregiver. Caregiving to me is a responsibility and a honor. I believe that patient should feel as if I'm a loving relative who cates as much about their well being as they do. Being punctual, kind, flexible, obedient, and a great listener has opened many doors for me. Also I am trained in EKG's, triage, phlebotomy, pharmacology, medical billing and coding, First Aid, electronic medical records, HIPAA and OSHA Regulations, proper sterilization standards, and I am CPR certified. The fact that I care about my clients is the most important reason why I am a phenomenal caregiver.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my Grandparents. While helping them with with day to day chores, and activities of living. I also learned a lot from them as well. I enjoyed the quality time we had.
