I have always taken care of others. As a little girl I was responsible for caring for my grandmother, and to this day I still care for the elderly at a facility near my home. Hello, My name is Christian John (Cj) Ventura. I'm a C.N.A. (Certified Nursing Assistant). I've been working with patients diagnosed with Dementia & Alzheimer's disease for more than 5+ years. I'm employed as a C.N.A. at a local rehabilitation hospital in Monterey, CA. I am CPR and FIRST AID certified also. I provide medication to our patients, help transport patients, as well as provide: companionship, help with transfers, meal prep & daily living tasks. I'm very efficient, I listen with empathy, compassion & always aim to provide the upmost comfort care. I'm 46 years old I'm married with two sons 17&13. I have been doing this for over 20years. I love what I do. My father is transitioning over and I have been taking care him for the past two years me and my sister. I work night shift at Legacy Village. I was the lead at one of Sunrise houses for almost 5 years. I have taken the Cna test passed test just need to take skills test to be certified. I love taking care the young and old somebody has to be there for them to love them and what they do at the same time.

I feed ,bath,dress and take care of them. Take them for a walk, remind them to take their medication and make sure they are not in danger and also i look after them.Take them to the bathroom and make sure to keep their company.
