I am a Sympathetic and like providing assistance to all kinds of people who need help in their daily life. What attracted me to being a caregiver is a kind of helping feelings from my heart to give any kind of assistance to those who need it, especially elders who I know they have contributed a lot to the nation during their times. I enjoy to see someone whom I give help becomes safe, secure and comfortable. A personal achievement and proud of being a caregiver is learning more from a client, colleagues and being depended, trusted by a client.

Hi there! I am a quality-oriented college student (Holistic Health and Wellness) currently attending Stanford University Online Education. As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and personal fitness trainer, I have a huge heart for taking care of others. This is the greatest gift that God has given me. I am incredibly compassionate, caring, encouraging, motivating, and attentive to detail. I am a full time personal trainer and I own my own business but I thought of doing care-giving on the weekends when I am not training clients in order to help pay for a missions trip I am going on this summer to Africa. I started working with an 88 year old female client this past year as an in home trainer. When she fell ill and ended up in the hospital, her family asked me to see her 7 days a week to do care-giving duties as well as physical therapy rehab. Her doctor told me that he did not think she would live through the process and was absolutely amazed when she recovered stronger than before. This has been, as a trainer, and as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, my greatest personal achievement in working with a client. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the relationship I form with both the client and their family members. I have such a heart for the elderly, as I have worked in many skilled nursing facilities doing physical therapy, and I have lost in the past few years, both my grandma and grandpa. I think that it really helps give a family peace of mind when they find a caregiver who is not only competent and capable of taking care of their loved ones, but also someone who truly cares about that persons' well being.

I am a person whom loves to help others. I was born sick and the doctors saved my life because without the I wouldn't be here so because of that I figured I would give that back the best way I can so I chose to be in the medical field. I enjoy working with people making them feel important and wanted.

First and foremost I am a single mother to four boys ages 17, 16, 10 & 8. Being a mother is where I learned about caregiver and responsibility. I also have cared for senior in her 80's until she passed away and I also help my father who is fighting cancer. I also have a full time job during the week where I have worked with people with disabilities and disadvantages find work. I also provide care for a two year old toddler every weekend. So as you can see my life is centered around caring and helping others. This is what makes me a better person.

I have many years experience dating back to 2003. and with many skills and experiences to go along with it. In my past I used to teach Special Ed for Palm Springs Unified but in 2003 my mother was diagnosed with Matastasized Breast Cancer and at the time of her diagnosis she was her 98yr. old ailing mother's(my grandmother's) sole caregiver. I resigned from teaching to do what my heart needed to do and that was to care for them both and see them through their journey. It was at that time that i found my love for caregiving and felt that it came so natural to me . I then continued my education within the field and got my degrees and certifications to be a registered Home Health Aide for the state of California. So if your looking for someone that is dedicated, experienced , and dependable than you have found me . I have MANY references and or current employers/agencies that can answer or give you my history and job performance information .

I put my client's needs at the forefront of my mind. I want them to be as comfortable as possible. I have always been the type of person who put others before myself and once I got into being a Caregiver I knew it was the perfect fit for me. I was able to use my skills to help others have a better outlook on life. I finally found something that gives me fulfillment. I have helped clients with dementia. I have helped a client who had a stroke and was recovering at home. I have held the hand of a man on his deathbed and stayed with him so his family could rest. I have helped another man with depression just by simply cleaning his home and talking with him. He was beaming as he said his house hadn't been that clean since his wife was alive. I have heard so many amazing stories and adventures of people who had been through different periods of this past century and I absolutely love what I do! I have worked for companies in the past but I prefer to work privately now. Some weren't bad but I did not like that they did not want their caregivers to become close with the client and their family. The other downside is when going through a company, the client may get several different caregivers in a week and they do not generally like that. I love being the only caregiver for a client because it builds trust and comfortability and the client doesn't have to explain their routine with someone new every other day.

My passion is taking care of the elderly, I love the conversation that they give I love the things that I learn when I meet different people. I as a young women knows that one day it's gonna be my turn soon, and I'll need some help and I just hope that I find someone as good as I am. I have CPR , First Aid Training, I was a CNA back in 2003 I transitioned to HHA. I have been taking care of Elderly's for over 11yrs

For over ten years I have enjoyed providing care for people of all ages. I have extensive experience working with the elderly and am dedicated to enriching the lives of those I care for. I came to USA from Denmark where I worked as a home care giver and in a retirement home for 4 years I also took care of my aging parents, my father had Alzheimer. I went back to Denmark to care for them for one year. I enjoy working with people and especially seniors, have a lot of experience. I really enjoyed being a care giver previously to 2 other ladies and my mother. I enjoy the wisdom and conversations they have to offer. I am very friendly and a great listener and conversationalist. I have been to many Parkinson's meetings with one of my ladies but she passed away sadly. It was heart breaking. I do know the many phases of Parkinsons and Dementia, and also am very patient. I am very good at making the person talk lots about their interesting pasts. I raised 3 beautiful wonderful children so patience is second nature to me. My father is still alive and 91 and I have seen very close up what its like to go through the later years of life. I think care giving is very rewarding and under estimated. The elderly deserve to be heard and seen and given the best attention at the end of their journey on this earth.

I have always found the art of caregiving a natural aspect of my personality. I was born in Boise, and as an adult moved to the small outside rural communities. I started babysitting at age ten, and worked at a couple of daycares as a young adult; transitioned into caring for disabled and elderly adults and love it! I also love to learn how to use the creative arts (such as theater, art, and music) to help me relax, and be able to express myself better. Reading about different types of philosophies to better understand and express love, kindness, and compassion has been a passion of mine.
