I stated this type of work because dealing with a family member that needed assistance and care and I want Ed to be the one to give them that. I enjoy getting to know my clients and making them feel at ease. It's like make a new friend. They trust me and want me to return.

I pay attention to needs. I do not let an area get too messy. I am attentive. I personally enjoy shopping, cooking, meal service, baking and giving companionship. I can do medicine prep in pill finder boxes. I would prefer a client who takes their medicines at a set time. I like the personal assistant side of helping an individual. I am a patient person but would prefer a client with all their mental faculties. It is important that they stay mentally active, and even physically active, if possible. I would be willing to do activities with an individual to help bolster physical and mental stimuli.

I am a easy-going, dependable, and friendly person. I have many years of experience in the healthcare field from Home Health Aide to office billing. I love meeting new people and helping people out. I am available starting October 7th for part time hours.

Currently I take care of my 83 year old grandmother between the hours of 5pm to 9am Monday - Friday. My grandmother does have dementia and though her I have gain the experience to express my true talent of patients, compassion, and care. I wanted to be a home health aid but because I would be force to be vaccinated, my dreams of getting a certificate has been shut down. I always love to take care of the elderly and have been doing this since I was 14. It is not a job but a natural talent for me. I have volunteered at various nursing homes, and when I see someone in need of care I automatically did all that I could to help.

I become a caregiver because I want to make people feel better about themselves and give them smile. I always feel great when I can make a difference in someone's life and carring for someone who really needs it.

I was the only one who was there for him and I took classes and decided that it was meant because I always would naturally care for my grandmother who was going to dialysis when I was growing up I would always make sure she had what she needed throughout the day before school and after school. I developed a strong love for caring for others. The most I enjoy out of being a caregiver is my patient's' response to me when I make them feel better or get done with doing something they really wanted me to do or needed done I really enjoy making their day or seeing them smile thru what they're going through and knowing I had something to do with. I am proud of myself for nursing over 20 patients some I can call up right now and have the most beautiful conversation with and some that are watching over me as I continue this journey with others like them.
