I started as a care professional in 1976. I owned and operated my care giving business for children until Dec 2007. I opened Delaney Care Giving in Jan 2008 operated that until. June 24 2016 when I restructured my business as a nonprofit organization. I am a true at heart Care Professional.

I am seeking a position as a private home caregiver, registered nurse since 2011 in my own country,with a 5 years experience in caregiving and 2 years experience in a hospital setting,willing to serve elderly having difficulties/sick. Giving my tender loving care,to help with encouragement and helping out with their daily tasks that they can't do such as grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, light cooking and medication dispensing. I became a caregiver because I took care of my old mother that needed help and couldn't care for herself people came in my house and did not give my mother the cares that she needed and I felt so sorry for her so I had to leave one of my job to help her. 2. Being a caregiver I like helping older people meet their needs helping them reach their goals and seeing smiles on their faces.My personal achievement that I am proud of when I go to work and I make my resident smile and they know that they have someone every day to look up to that make them to feel they are love and care for. I am a very patient person a people person,friendly sociable and fun to be with love helping others in need mainly senior citizens very capable hardworking and love to listen consider every resident like my family enjoy being able to put a smile on a resident face I currently have clients that appreciate my ethic and style. What makes me a great caregiver. Well it's easy to answer my love, compassion, respect for elderly I've a caregiver since 2010 because taking care of a good friend whom had several health issues later on she convinced me to get my certification in order to work with others in need of help she thought I could be great in the field needless to say love the health care field I'm taking classes to enroll into the nursing program pretty soon. Have some other certifications like certificate to administrate medications, O2 equipment, mental illness,trained to use medical equipment as well. I have had many different cases in the past. I feel pretty comfortable providing total care.

I'm a dedicated, caring passionate provider for many different populations such as Developmental & Disabled , Brain injury, Geriatric, Alzheimer's etc. I've been in this field for 14+ years with a heart to help make a difference in individuals lives.
