Hello, my name is Natasha Gallaway and i have 13 years of experience in total care for clients. I have experience in bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, repositioning, transfers, ADL's, toileting, check and change. I love being able to be of help to others and knowing that i made a difference in someone's life at the end of the day.

I've been a certified caregiver since 2013. I decided to pursue a career in this field due to the fact that I cared for my grandfather. I'm passionate about what I do. I not only care for a person I become a companion. I try to make them as comfortable as possible with whatever it is they're battling. I thoroughly enjoy making them feel and look good. They're happiness and well being is always a priority!

As child, I grew up in a house hold with my elders. We took care of them and even though it was required of me, I always enjoyed it as my way of saying thank you. I make a great care giver because I understand what it is to need someone to be there for and sometimes just with you. In the days we live in, there is little to no love in the world for younger people, that leaves not such a great outlook for our elders so, as I am able and capable I love to put my hand to the ploy and help where there is a need. I enjoy being able to be there with my client to give them peace of mind, knowing they are in good hands.

Greetings I have worked in skilled nursing for the last 20 years. I have worked with residents of all ages and disabilities. Looking for part-time employment that offer flexibility and also available on evenings and weekends. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

1. I'm a nurturer. Always have been , so that came easy to me . 2. My dad was diagnosed with cancer in 2010 And I had to provide assistance for him . Cleaning, bathing and all . 3. I enjoy caring for other people genuinely . It's always been a passion of mine . I used to take care of my nieces and nephews . I also use to help my mom take care of my grandmother ,and Use to go with her to her private duty jobs and help her with her clients . 4.i once was promoted to lead cna and was rewarded Employee of the month . I was so honored to take the roll , because I knew how much I loved doing my job , and caring for others . That I wanted to make sure the my team provided those same methics

I started off taking care of my husband's grandmother in her home at first I was scared because I never done it before but after a few months it was the most amazing job I could ever have! It gave me a chance to get to know the patient and spend time with them learn their ways of living but the best thing I loved about it was listening to her life story it was so incredible after 6 months she passed away and it was the hardest thing about that job but I felt so good to be there for her and help her with anything she needed!! After that I fell in love with the idea of being a caregiver so I started a career in the health care field I started working when my daughter was 8 months old and have been a caregiver every since ...I love the elderly and when you get to know these people you learn that most the time you are all they have they look for you to take care of them to come see them spend time with them love them like they are your own family cause really I feel like we're all they have being a caregiver is the best thing anyone can do its an amazing feeling to be able to love other people they become your family!! And I wouldn't want it any other way
