Hello My name is Loretta, Some of my personality trait or expertise that help me be a Great Caregiver are: I am a people person, enjoy working and helping people of all ages. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. My personal achievements I am proud of is Knowing that I was a help to my clients, doing the job that was needed to the best of my ability, and assuring them that while I was there, they could feel safe and enjoy being with me as much as I am with them, leaving them at the end of the day in a great Mood.

My journey started by brightening my grandmother's final years with companionship and care, from medical appointments to heartfelt moments together. In 2013, I stood by my father during his challenging months, offering solace as he faced a failing kidney transplant. Since 2015, I've wholeheartedly embraced the role of my mother's caregiver, tending to her needs in every way imaginable - from daily tasks to unwavering emotional support. Being a caregiver isn't just a duty for me; it's a profound calling that has given me purpose and joy. I thrive on providing unwavering support to those who rely on me, watching them thrive under my compassionate care. Through the delicate juggling act of being a mother, daughter, and wife, I've learned to manage multiple responsibilities. Taken care of my grand parents help shape the good & best part of my life , i understand their fustrations, anger and anxiety of not been able to do what they used to do. As a caregiver, caring for senior citizens and those in needs requires: Patient, self control, staying alert, vigilant ,fitness and experience. The daily routine of a caregive is very important and demanding, assist in daily activities, meal preparation, medication reminder, errands, house cleaning, ROM , conversation and transport to an appointments. So far with my experience as a professional caregiver i have worked different cases of demential, stroke, diabetic,anxienty disorder and hospice companionship and i am so glad to see some happy and those that fully recovered. Life is a Gift & Age is a Blessing.. Our Senior Citizens deserve the best care and love.. I am in my 30's, 185cm in height ,weighing 215 pound and passionate about my job..

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel you can get along well with a variety of elders. I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I like doing a variety of tasks in a day. I don't ever say, "that's not my job" but instead like pitching in to do whatever is needed. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. I take pride in your attention to detail. provide home care to others, must be patient. Being patient means that the person understands that there may be changes in plans, things may not go as quickly as planned, and there may be a little hesitation at times on the part of the person receiving care. someone has compassion for another they have an understanding of what the person is going through. Patients often forget to take their medicines or they forget which ones to take, so it's the caregiver's job to make sure that she or he is drinking the right medicine at the right time. I'm a very Caring person and kind .

I am compassionate, respective, understanding and experienced in care giving. I have worked in health care industry all my professional life. Likewise in my personal life, I took care of my Stroke strikened maternal- grandfather till his passing. I have passion for servicing and comforting others.

I have been a CNA since 2018. I have experienced alot of trials and tribulations in this job, but its something that I love. Taking care of the elderly is the field I am ment to be in, thats why I have decided to further my education in Nursing. I am a young mother of three, and my kids are my world. With all that, I always make time for my family.

I chose this career because I like to help other people, and one way to do it is to work in the medical field. A fact that motivated me to do so is that when I was five years old, my grandmother was sick and I was able to observe how other people did not take care of her properly.
