Hello My name is Loretta, Some of my personality trait or expertise that help me be a Great Caregiver are: I am a people person, enjoy working and helping people of all ages. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. My personal achievements I am proud of is Knowing that I was a help to my clients, doing the job that was needed to the best of my ability, and assuring them that while I was there, they could feel safe and enjoy being with me as much as I am with them, leaving them at the end of the day in a great Mood.

As a dedicated and passionate individual, I'm fully adept to all aspects to the job. Completing any light housekeeping task and preparing and serving various meals. Assist with daily grooming , medication reminders and appointment's scheduled . I take pride in constantly improving my clients satisfaction with provided services.

I am a great care giver because I anticipate the needs of everyone before a word even has to be said. I think ahead to make my life and other peoples' lives easier and more efficient. I love being a caregiver because I love knowing that I am able to contribute to someone's life and make whatever situation they are going through a little less stressful.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. Being patient means that the person understands that there may be changes in plans, things may not go as quickly as planned, and there may be a little hesitation at times on the part of the person receiving care. someone has compassion for another they have an understanding of what the person is going through. Patients often forget to take their medicines or they forget which ones to take, so it's the caregiver's job to make sure that she or he is drinking the right medicine at the right time. I'm a very Caring person and kind .

I don't have a lot of experience being a caregiver but I love to help people and am great at following instructions. I recently got out of the army, am an Eagle Scout, other than that I'm a good listener and very introverted.

I have been Working in healthcare for 7. I knew taking care of others was my calling when a close family member became ill with cancer and I took care of her up until she passed. Another reason I enjoy starting my homecare business is because I always wanted to be the one to take care of my grandmother. I believe everyone deserves a great caregiver. I understand it can be a hard process of allowing someone in your home and it may feel like you're losing your independence. I am here to make things easier and try to help you keep as much independence as possible.

Reality. The reality is, is that sometimes our most valued connections in life (family members or friends) aren't available at every waking second. We need to find other resources to help create new valued connections, like me! I have an extreme passion for being able to apply my skills and care into what I do day in and day out, and that serving people!! Whether or not somebody's looking for friend, somebody to help them to the bathroom, or help lift their spirits, I want to be that person! Being a medical caregiver requires more than just knowing how to do certain skills, it's about establishing a connection like no other with the person you are there to treat, heal, help over come illnesses or disabilities! Nothing would make me happier than allowing me to join and assist all of your needs with you and your family. I have a very personal relationship with palliative care and/or hospice healing. I was my mother's main caretaker when she was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Lung Cancer in early April 2017. I was her advocate. I lifted her up when she needed to be both physically and mentally. I listened to her, provided her professional medical care with anything that needed and/or required critical medical attention (which was often), but mostly I held her hand. Throughout the entire process the pain was hard, unbearable even, but I wouldn't give up. I know what it's like to be on both sides... The family member and the caretaker. But what I can empathize more with is being the actual patient. The relation to both parties is significant for me. I am feeling more than compelled to help out that special family that needs it. If anyone gets it, it's me. One of my favorite questions: "how can I help you?"
