What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I was my fathers caregiver for the last year of his life while he suffered from cancer and I also help my best friend during his battle with his cancer. Changing of bedding, clothing, showering, feeding, doctors appointments and daily medications.
