As a great caregiver I try to remain very positive all the time. I am an honest and trust worthy person Being patient, responsible, dependable and have great communication skills with my patients is at the most important to me. As a caregiver I am very empathetic towards my patients and compassionate, it is what establishes a great relationship with each patient. Understanding the patients needs and desires to be able to take care of them efficiently is at the most important to their family and myself. It is what makes work environment healthier and understanding for patient and healthcare worker. Through Baptist and Methodist hospitals I am trained to properly care for clients that have dementia, alzheimers, schizophrenia, multiple disabilitating bone disorders and post-op care. To properly and safely care for your loved ones in their time of need, I am also CPR certified through the American Heart Association as well Stroke certified in the evnt of an emergency I can act fast. Through hospital experience I can verify when an abnormality is occuring with the client so I am able to act fast, as well as having training for changing, bathing, toileting assistance.
