Hello my name is Esmeralda and I chose to be a caregiver at a young age I guess u can say . My grandmother raised me and she was the first person I took care of and I fell in love with it . I have patience and I love to sit with them and chat . They need someone to care for them as well as hear them out . Hear their stories hear them out , see their face light up knowing they are cared for . My only down fall is I get attached and it hurts my heart when I see them go . I'm a very hard worker dedicated to providing the best care and companionship possible. My background is in social work. I've worked in hospice, home health and previously as a nursing assistant. My previous work as been as a social worker for the state department of child protective services and recently as a youth care worker. I love to read and get to know the life stories of who and why we are who we are.

I am a loyal, patient, and honest person who enjoys helping others. I chose to be a caregiver because I understand the conditions and felt the need to help; I put other peoples needs before my own. My grandmother, who has had multiple strokes, is now paralyzed on her right side of her body and is unable to speak and do any of her daily activities. My aunt who is an RN had taught me the ropes on to being my grandmother's temporary caregiver. Not only did I enjoy the time spent with my grandmother, but I also enjoyed that I was able to give back and make an impact on her life. I only hope to do the same for others.

i'm know to be loving kind patient hardworking well i've always been a care giver even when i had my own jobs i have taken care of family friends for many years and i love people i concentrate on people's positive cualidades i enjoy people's friendship and the elderly have much experience in life that their awaking stories benefit me from their company i have many things i'm proud of i know how to do many things but one that is the foremost important one and first in my life is to learn and teach the bible which has brought me to have many loving friends and to have their love and friendship i think says a lot about the person i am so to if changed my life to the better is something i'm happy for

I am a mother, a daughter, the oldest sister and a church member. I care and provide for my loved ones, i love to care for family, friends and strangers in any way I can. My personal achievement that I am most proud of would be that I'm doing a great job as a mother and a role model for my family, friends and strangers.
