I have served people in the community & through religious callings. I've envolved my children when they were young so they'd be comfortable serving others as well. Hello, I'm tayvia I have been doing this type of care for about 6 years now. I absolutely love helping people in need. I wanted to help people since my grandparents were my entire world and I got to help and be there for there last time here on earth and that when I realized that I love helping people.

I am responsible, caring, outgoing and a very attentive person. What attracted me the most to be a caregiver is that I can build relationships with patients and keep them company throughout the day whenever they need it. Something I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is to help my patients out. Knowing I can help them with their adls or anything else makes me happy.

I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for the Caregiver position at Josephine Gardner' Home. As a highly empathetic and caring individual with extensive experience in the caregiving field, I am confident that I can succeed as a Caregiver for Jojo, I also provided home health care for a rotation of 10 patients per week At Aloha care ( Hawaii ) five days a week. My responsibilities included light housework, giving baths, preparing small snacks, reading to patients, helping them around the house, helping patients use the restroom, providing companionship, keeping track of appointments, and feeding patients. I am very passionate about the well-being of my patients. I believe that the elderly are a valuable and important generation, full of wisdom and knowledge and that they need to be cared for and protected. During my young years, I served as a primary caregiver for my grandmother. As a frail woman in her late 80s , she needed a lot of assistance with most day-to-day functions. Since I was there more than my parents, who both worked full-time, I took it upon myself to be her caregiver. The more time I spent with her, the more I realized that although her body may not function, her mind was an ocean of stories and wisdom, waiting to be explored. I will always cherish the time I had with her and the things she taught me. I would like to thank you for your time and consideration. What makes me a good caregiver is because I take care of my patient as they were my own parents or my own grandparents. I became a caregiver when my grandparents was not able to function on their own so I decided to quit my job nd took care of them in my home. I i started that kind of job when my mom have strokes two time n it's really bad.n only me not work that time.i move take care my mom cleaning take her shower cook n cleaning take her outside feat her.turn her every time excercise her.change her diaper.for 5yrs then she pass away,then i take care my dad do the same thing to my dad for 3 years my dad pass away.for that moment i like to do the same thing to everyone they need help.everytime when you I m do the other people i click to my mine my parents n i need to do the same thing i feel that my mom n my dad i have more love respect n treat them good n make them happy.that y i like to do that kind of job the love that have.to my parents i need to share other people.
