What I like about being a caregiver, is to be able to come into an individual 's home assist the individual with whatever their needs they may have to undertake and we accomplish their task together. one of my personal achievements, was when the individual that I was working with with couldn't remember staff's names but always call them friend. He would make reference to staff members as the title Friend. I began to work on that goal with him and through repeatious actions he started to repeat the staffs names and remembered them. That goal accomplishment, made the individual happy and also staff.
