I'm currently a Certifed Licensed Pharmacy technician at Walgreens, looking for more ways to help people. I have previous experience doing home health aid work before Covid. My personality has always been helpful to build meaningful relationships and connections with people. As a child I watched my mother and grandmother work in nursing homes and hospitals. Going with them on bring your children to work day has made me want to help others.

I enjoy working with people and helping them in anyway, I am COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) by trade, I have worked in SNF and outpatient therapy for about six years. I love being able to help a patient regain independence and help them compensate with a disability.

I have been caring for the disabled and elderly in my family for several years. I believe that there is a nobility in caring for those who cannot do for themselves and acts of kindness make the world a little better. Caregiving is a job that often goes unnoticed but is very rewarding and brings me peace to know I'm working to make things easier for someone else. I am a 19 year old part time college student and full time caregiver. I have always had a passion for caregiving ever since I took care of my now deceased father. Sadly, cancer took him away at the young age of 59. I enjoy getting to spend time with my residents and getting to know them. I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping those who are in need...I Been a caregiver for 8 years...I loved what I do and that's taking care of the ederly..My hourly rate is between 17.00-20.00 an hour depending on the case..I also do service calls up to 3 hours and it 75 for first hour and 25 for each additional hour, that will include light housekeeping..run errands...grocery shopping etc..
