Hi, I am a mom of 4. One of my kids have a heart disease which has landed him with 3 open heart surgeries all before he was 3. I am dedicated to my work and love for people. My dream has always been in the medical field so I can help people. I can not wait to extend my family with being a caregiver to someone that needs me.

I became a caregiver in 2004 because I'd spent the last few years of my grandmother's life helping her while she suffered with dementia. I saw how important it was for them to have someone there to help them with the day to day when family couldn't be. Then after I got into the profession my love for helping others just grew. To see the joy it brings to the person to sometimes just have someone there for a companion. I've been working in child care since 2019 and intend to stay there but I've also began part time home health again since July 2021 and am so thankful that I did. In the last year I have 5 of the absolute most wonderful families that I love going to see, helping them makes my heart smile. One client even tells his wife, "I'm sure glad she's coming today because I miss her, she's a sweet little girl". I feel such a connection with my clients that to me, they aren't just clients, they are family?

I've been CNA certified in Cambridge Ohio in 2004 at Victorian Oaks where I worked with Althiemerz and Dementia patients. I love what I do so when I returned to Texas I decided to further my career and go to school for nursing. I completed my LVN, RN and I'm working on my BSN. I'm very passionate about what I do and I apply myself with my whole heart. The most I enjoy about being a caregiver is be able to care for the elder and treat them if they was my own grandparents and be there for them when they need someone the most. My personal achievement would be being 110% to patients and helping them accomplish whatever it might be.
