I am willing and able to Provide routine individualized healthcare such as changing bandages and dressing wounds, and applying topical medications to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities at the patient's home or in a care facility.I can Monitor or report changes in health status I can also provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of patient.I am more than willing and able to Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.i can Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

Every since I was around 9 years old I knew then I wanted to help other's . My parents let me watch a 6 weeks old baby boy even though they were just across the street and parents up stairs, it was a joy! Since then I started at Ft. Carson military family as a red cross volunteer at age 16, after had other jobs but I was always drawn back to caring of other's. I have many different levels of care experience including Hospice as caring for children of many different levels of care as special needs adults. I have worked in hospital settings as nursing hms as asst. living including personal care & private care. I have been a personal asst to those that needed help organizing their lives such as book keeping, mail, areas of concerns, cooking, cleaning, errands, a lot of hands on, Dr appts, meetings with love ones as social workers. I had my own business so I'm very aware of customer service as patience. My, my, my to look bk at years of experience 20 plus as becoming a great grandma only had one child a girl, some tells me I don't look like a grandma let alone a great grandma, I give thanks for good genes & most times healthy eating and if I may say so the lord above, please don't let me saying the lord above scare u off from hiring me; I don't push my beliefs on anyone. I like to say most times I have more good days then bad as most of us , I hope.. I'm register with the state with a CNA license as CPR through the red cross. I have experience working in an assisted living home. I have also helped my mother recover from a broken leg and surgery.

Hello I am Erica Ledford I am 34 years old have two daughters. I have worked at sunrise assisted living as a dietician .I worked for the following companys trusted ally home Health care and coming full circle as well as certified nurse staffing I did anything from meals home cleaning exercising with client changing clients colostomy bags changing, medication reminders breathing treatments equipment tube changing as well as up keep on equipment assisted with dressing bathing even sponge baths if bed written, grocery shopping scheduling appointments for doctor visits etc have used Hoover or wsdte belts to move clients if mobility is limited .I just find the only hard part of this job is not to emotionally get attached and hurt if anything may accure as far as passing away. I have a big heart and feel amazing to be there to help or comfort another person.

Hello! Im Nya. I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. I started out caregiving for my son who has autism. Taking care of him taught me patience and compassion. I learned to enter his world. After my son grew older he wasn't needing my caregiving as much. Soon my father passed away from cancer at the age of 62. Shortly after I became a CNA and specialized in dementia. Currently I work as CNA in skilled nursing. Caregiving is a calling. I enjoy my patients and enjoy what I do.

Besides cooking, my passion's include rescuing feral/homeless cats and dogs, gardening and crafting. I have often asked what makes me a good caregiver and my response is that I treat my clients with respect, kindness and compassion. That providing care based on my clients needs no matter their age or gender is key to providing the quality care that my clients deserve. I have been surrounded by family in the medical field especially my mom who is the most compassionate registered nurse I have ever had in my life she is my inspiration.
