I have been working as a caregiver since college for over 20 years. I love helping people and giving back to people that need help and care but still deserve dignity and respect. I am extremely empathetic and find this work to be rewarding for me and my life.

Let me start by saying why I am the right candidate for this job. I simply adore elderly people I like the knowledge and wisdom that they give to you my mother always told me to always around myself with the elderly that's where we could all her knowledge from they have such awesome stories I enjoy talking to them I enjoy just all-around being able to Have such an experience.Ever since I was a little girl I've always pretended I was a nurse I've always enjoyed taking care of people I just get a joy are giving I just all-around love love taking care of people that's why I feel like I'm the right candidate for this job.Knowledge that I have seven years experience Rob actually did caregiving for my mother, so I mean I just enjoy my job, thats why I feel iam and all-around good candidate for this job because I enjoy my job, enjoy what I do I do.

i became a CNA to help better the lives of people who are no longer physically able to do for themselves. The thing i like most about being a CNA is the joy i feel inside after helping one of my residents with simple activity of daily living. A personal Achievement that i am most proud of is receiving my medication aide certificate. Im 24 years of age and im from Lindale Texas but i reside in Kilgore Tx with my 3 year old daughter

1. I became a caregiver because I love to help people. Being a caregiver runs in the family from my late grandmother to my sisters and aunt. 2. the number one thing I like about being a caregiver is the joy I get knowing I made a difference in someone else's life. 3. I became a caregiver when I was 16, still in high school and the youngest in my class. Still continuing my education. 4. I am single, no children, I attend night classes on 2 nights a week, I am certified In phlebetomy and CNA. I am a hard worker and love what I do!

I have been a Private Caregiver for 10+years. I have worked with patients that have had Strokes, Dementia and Alzheimer's. I will bathe, dress, prepare meals, feed, etc... I am currently CPR/First-Aid Certified. I also have been trained to give patients their medication. I will transport patients to/from Doctors appointments, beauty shop, errands, etc....

Hello I'm Nakia I'm 26 years old I'm a college student studying education I love elderly people and children. Everyone.... I have I recently lost a very special person in my life which was my grandmother. She died in February of this year. She raised me and as she got older I stepped up and started to take care of her. She got to where she could not walk and plus she had dementia and heart failure. So my grandmother needed extra support and help and I was that for her. The best thing for me was just taking care of her knowing that I know I will be older one day and I would love for someone to take care of me. Everyone needs someone at one point in life. I watched her hair every morning be ther so my grandmother needed extra support and help and I was that for her. I wash her hair, bath her , fed her every morning before I had to go to school or work. She had help during the day when I was gone but I always came back that evening and I did this for a year and a half until she died. I enjoy keeping her company to an elderly person I believe that you can learn so much from Them because of everything they have experienced in life.

I'm 21, I've graduated from Kilgore College with an associates degree in pre-nursing. My goal is to further my career in nursing. I'm very caring, loving, hard working and I have a passion for taking care of the elderly. I am now a LVN nursing student at TJC.

Hello, i've been a CNA for a total of 14 years but 9 years i have been working for the same Hospice company. I love what I'm doing so now i'm furthering my education of nursing.

I am a very outgoing and loving person. I enjoy talking and hearing about people as well as getting to know them. I used to go with my mom to work when I was nine, and I fell in love with nursing homes. When I was seventeen, I began volunteering at a local nursing home. At eighteen, I got my CNA license, and worked with the same company until I had to move in June of this year. I enjoy connecting with individuals and learning about them and their lives. My personal achievement I'm most proud of outside of my degree was getting volunteer of the month. It was an honor to be able to help others.

I went to Kilgore College back in 2012 and got my CNA license but it did expire back 2014. I currently work at Visiting Angels in Longview, TX. And I have work with them for 4+ years. I love being a caregiver because l enjoy being there for people who need help. And I love when my clients appreciate me being there as well. I want to be there to help with my clients, because I did not have help with my mother so sadly she passed away. I do not wish that for anyone else.

I am a great caregiver because I care for individuals like they are my own family members, with love, compassion, patience, my life has constantly been to care for others. I have worked in a variety of situations, Nursing Home, Convent, Hospital, Hospice, Psychiatric facilities and enjoyed the satisfaction derived from the experience. My life has been to assist individuals who cannot help themselves, and just need a little assistance. My greatest joy was in a position to assist a little boy who had Cancer and was afraid to be alone.
