I love to help others and I beIieve that its my purpose to help those that are not physically capable of helping themselves. I know I have achieved my daily goals when I see the smiles on people faces.

I became a caregiver because I have a passion for helping others in need. I enjoy being able to help other people with their daily tasks and duties to keep them comfortable. I am currently in nursing school.

As a child growing up my Grandmother lived with us, and we cared for her in all ways. Early on the passion to care for not only the elderly but the sick and shut in lived in me. My driven love and ability to care has stuck with me. I've currently been an active Certified nurses assistant with over 10 years if experience. Not only have I worked in clinics, hospitals, and LTC facilities; but I've received awards for the best quality of care. I love to make others feel better because in return I'm serving for those who cannot do for themselves.

I decided to become a nurse aide when I began pursuing a nursing degree, and I absolutely love what I do. Taking care of people is something I have always enjoyed, and anything I can do to help someone I would do.

I have always been happy to helping others, i have volunteered almost all my life. i volunteered at East Texas Food Bank, Vital Sign, and multiple church food banks. I have always wanted to help others when they are in need, my family is almost all in the medical field. The idea of being a CNA has always made me happy; i enjoy the satisfaction of knowing i helped someone and put a smile on there face.

I enjoy being a caregiver & providing professional care to those in need. I started by working with my own family then working for a home health company. Bringing a smile to faces brightens my day to know that I treated them with the utmost respect & dignity.

I am a very unique individual who enjoys providing services for special people who deserve special treatment. I'll start with Patience. Those who provide home care to others need to be patient. I embrace Compassion. When someone has compassion for another they have an understanding of what the person is going through. Attentiveness. Dependability. Trustworthiness. Understanding. Hello, My name is Ryann Dubose and I have been a caregiver for about a year, and have always been driven to help people. I have helped with a range of clients that have different needs from help around the house to someone who has Parkinson's and needs more attention and assistance with everyday things. I enjoy being able to make everyday life easier and more enjoyable. I strive to make my clients life happy and healthy.

I went into the healthcare field in 1990 immediately after highschool. I was inspired by my mother, who graduated from General Hospital School of Nursing, St. Johns Newfoundland in 1967 as a registered nurse. She worked as a nurse until her death on June 7th 2023. She never formally retired. With the modern American healthcare system, it is now more about industry and business and less about quality patient care. The best compliment I could ever get from my patients, is when they say how comfortable and less fearful I made them feel.
