I make a good caregiver because I'm dedicated to my workplace,I have a passion for what I do. I have cpr and first aid certification. I always get attached to the clients like they are my own family.

My mother took care of the disabled and mentally disabled since I was 4 years old . I seen the love, and the compassion my mother had for the indidviduals. I was exposed to working with the mentally disabled at the age of 18 years old . I am now 21 and have 3 years of experience. What makes me a great caregiver is I put the individual first. I put their needs and wants, and their safety first.

I have worked with the elderly for many years in different healthcare settings. I very experienced and have been a CNA for over ten years .

I worked in this field from 5 to 6 years I first became a caregiver because all the women in my family were either RNs Or CNAs I really started loving it when I started working for Rescare I took care of people that were mentally and physically disabled and I loved it I loved It because I love helping people it's a great feeling in the world to know that I just made someone life A little bit easier by little things I have done

I always give 100% and do the best job I can, with no exceptions or excuses. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can add a smile or laugh to a client’s day, that means a lot to me. It is important to laugh. Being a caregiver is one of the most rewarding things a person can do. And such reward is always the outcome of caregiving, but never the motivator behind choosing to do it. I have a passion for putting others first. Seeing someone with a disability able to lead a happy, safe and fulfilling life is enough to make it all worthwhile. It is all about making small changes to your everyday life to make major beneficial changes to someone with a disability. Seeing them respond to their new environment and the care and love that shapes it provokes a feeling that must be experienced to be believed. And there’s simply no reward quite like watching the smile emerge and hearing their laughter. The clients and their family become your family, so you have the benefit of knowing you’re making a real difference to someone’s life.

i am a great caregiver cause its my passion and what makes me happy i have been caregiveing for 20 years and have been a CNA for nine years i work now for two nursing registry but its only part time looking for full time so please consider me im loyal,trustworthey and dependable

1. I became a caregiver because I love working with people. I love helping out others who are in need and aren't capable of helping themselves. I have a lot compassion and I really care for others well being. 2. I like the fact that I can help others in what they need. I like that I can be some support and a helping hand. I like putting smiles on people faces and showing them that somebody does care and have genuine love for them. 3. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I get to wake up every morning and make somebody happy and make their day just by lending a helping hand. 4. I currently work with adults who have intellectual disabilities.

Growing up I watched my aunt who was a mother to me, take care of her mother (my Grandmother) at home until her passing at 100 years old. I also enjoyed having fun laughing and talking to my Grandma we made each others day. That's why I became interested in becoming a caregiver. I really like being a caregiver because it's such a rewarding and fulfilling experience to help others in their time of need. I can only hope that if I am ever in need of assistance that I will be fortunate enough to have someone who enjoys helping other as I do, to take care of me. One of my personal achievements that I am most proud of is that I took care of my aunt at home full-time for the last 12 years of her life until her passing at 101 years old, because she never wanted to go to a Nursing Home. I have been a Caregiver/ Companion for over 20 years now. However, I believe some of the qualities that make me a great caregiver is that i'm dedicated to my job, have patience with others, responsible, compassionate, honest, trustworthy, loyal,professional, respectful and enjoy good conversation and a good laugh. For me being a caregiver is as normal as breathing...And I like to do that!

I love being able to help others,most imporantly love watching them achive goals they otherwise did not see possible. I am kind,patient and very professional. I have worked in this field for about 10 years. I have a lot of experience with mentally challanged adults as well a kids. At my current position I train all new hired CNA for OJT.

Becoming a CNA is not for anybody, you have to be caring love helping others who at the time can not help themselves. Patients need something more than just a CNA they need a campanion a friend. I know how important it is because i was once a patient. It has been very hard for me to get where i am but wi h dedication and hard work i am here. Still have another goal to oneday become an RN and i am working hard. It would be my pleasure to work for this company i will dedicate i am ready to gain more experience as a CNA.

People make the world go around is a true statement. We all need each other in so many different areas of our lives to attain our dreams, goals, and/or destiny. In my household we were taught the art of body massage to increase, stimulate and evenly distribute the circulation in the body. This promotes not only relaxation but strength and tone to the muscles. It also promotes healing. My cultural household also equipped me with skills of honor like patience, gentleness, thoughtfulness, kindness, and empathy. I became a Caregiver because it was already naturally instilled in me by my parents and because my mother became ill and incapacitated and I needed to care for her. There were many things I already knew but there was much more to learn so I decided to go to school to learn greater skills, time management, techniques of bending, turning a patient, bathing, tube feeding, CPR, and wound care. Proud I am of successfully completing my studies with an A. I also possess a degree in Human Services with Public Relations and Supervisory Management. My personality is calm, nurturing, flexible, patient, and I love to learn new things. I have written two books about fruits, veggies and delicious healthy meals and would love to be a Spokes Person/Motivational Speaker. Caregiving is demanding but it is also rewarding as it imparts joy and peace to the sender and the receiver.

The reason im a great care giver is because I like taking care of elderly people I make them smile I keep a smile on my face I make sure that all my clients are well groomed I know how to make occupied beds and un occupied beds I make sure all my clents are dressed for the day there fed and I also make sure that there changed every to hours I keep my clients happy and i make sure whatever they need in there rooms that they have it I also make sure before I leave my client room that the call light is in reach and they have it when ever they need me for something so simple as the remote to the television Im a very hard worker I make sure my job is done and when it is I make sure that if the other staff members needs help ill help them.

i became a caregiver because I love helping others and caring for others. i love the rewarding feeling knowing that I helped someone and put smile on their face.My personal achievement is loving and keeping others happy. I am very compassionate fun and loving. I am dependable and flexible. I have no problems with doing what i am asked to do. im very easy to get along with.

The reason I became a caregiver is because I love taking care of elderly people and they put a smile on my face at the end of the day because I know I helped them get everything that they needed and wanted at the end of the day I can say may I help you with anything my paitents tell me yes Ill go to beyond for them just to keep a smile on there face

I became a caregiver because I enjoy assisting my clients with what that need to promote independence. I enjoy listening to them talk about their live and prepearing their meals, and keeping there sorroundings clean. I have met lots od wonderful people from my career and I enjoy meeting people.

Because I enjoy helping those who are unable to help them selves by assisted them with .bathing grooming shaving meetings all of their ADL and needs.my personal achievement were when I assisted a car crash victim and family with first aid every thing that I learned in the medical field kicked in by performing first aid applying pressure to the area to stop the bleeding and keeping everyone inside the car very calm until the EMS arrived, I'm a very good listener with great communication skills which I obtained in the medical field I do things with out having to be told or ask to do I enjoy cooking special dinner for my patients around the holiday I'm a team player as well a good listener and i make sure that all of my clients need or met and well taking care of very compassionate with strong organization planning and communication skills I enjoy doing things with out having to be told to s putting a smile on their faces which makes me feel that I have achieved what I really enjoy doing meeting all of the ADL really enjoy doing making people smiles.I'm very compassionate
