I dont walk into the clients home an act like its mine. Respect, an understanding when in their home. I love taking care of people that can't take care of themselves any more. Listening to their stories is probably my favorite. I am proud that I've done this work for 20 years an still havent given up.

I have 25 years experience in customer service. I love caring for people, I am a people person a take charge type of person. I love cats and dogs as well.

I'm very attentive I chose CNA work over 11 years ago because I truly have a passion for caring for all people im currently preparing for Nursing School I have completed prerequisite classes with B gpa I'm very proud and determined to become the best Nurse I can possibly be. Being a caregiver is very rewarding to see how much your Patients appreciate you is a great feeling.What help me deliver exceptional Care is treating all my Patients the way I want to be treated,being Patient and doing my absolute best at completing my task.

I am a retired RN looking to use my innate empathy and compassion to care for elderly patients in home with activities of daily living and housekeeping duties. I recently retired and was certified in psychiatry and not only have worked with elderly professionally, my Grandmother lived to over 101 years of age. Since my retirement of my professional license I have had opportunity to work part time with an amazing woman over 101 years of age. I have a strong work ethic and while no longer able to work in hospital setting, I enjoy using my skills to learn about a person and apply my skills to what they need and want to care for, and help them live and enjoy life fully.

The most thing I enjoy with being a caregiver, I just love to help others as much as I can, I love to make the person comfortable and letting them know its all about them and there comfort. I am 26 years old. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2013 upon graduating high school. I love working in the health field. I love home care because I like one on one care. I am trustworthy, hard working & a reliable worker. Next year, 2022 I plan on furthering my education by going to college to study to become a Registered Nurse. I wouldn't want to be in any other work field. I love helping people & building a professional relationship with the families of my client. I have experience with children and elders with disabilities and have worked in a nursing home, and done home care through out the years. I also have background in clinical management and I plan to open up my own home health agency in the future.

Started my career in the home-health care field in August of 2018, I learned to listen to my clients with not only my ears, but my heart, and soul. Always asking myself how I would like to be treated if I were in their shoes. The last three years, I have assisted clients in getting well and have also worked with hospice, and local hospital personnel, managing comfort at the end of life. I understand truly what it means to keep a love one as comfortable as possible and With dignity. Whether it be companionship, accompanying to a Dr.'s appt's, preparing meals, housekeeping, medication reminders, assisting with bathing, ect., My goal is to put a smile on the face of others. I will close with "The Starfish" by Loren Eisely. Once upon a time, there was an old man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach every morning before he began his work. Early one morning, he was walking along the shore after a big storm had passed and found the vast beach littered with starfish as far as the eye could see, stretching in both directions. Off in the distance, the old man noticed a small boy approaching. As the boy walked, he paused every so often and as he grew closer, the man could see that he was occasionally bending down to pick up an object and throw it into the sea. The boy came closer still and the man called out, "Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?" The young boy paused, looked up, and replied "Throwing starfish into the ocean. The tide has washed them up onto the beach and they can't return to the sea by themselves," the youth replied. "When the sun gets high, they will die, unless I throw them back into the water."The old man replied, "But there must be tens of thousands of starfish on this beach. I'm afraid you won't really be able to make much of a difference."The young man listened politely, then bent down, picked up another starfish and threw it into the sea. "It made a difference for that one."
