I became a caregiver in 1997 when my mother had a massive stroke and have continued in this field until the present. I'm very happy knowing my clients have always had excellent care when I was attending to them. I am very loving, compassionate, reliable, honest and hard working. Prepare meals and assist in feeding patient with modifications due to dementia. Assist with basic activities and daily living needs of patients. Measure and record patient's temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered and/or directed by supervisor or personal care plan. Chart and administer medications.
