I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with over 30 years of experience. I have worked in the hospital, nursing home, Rehab, home care and in home private duty. I have skills to care for stroke, post surgery, rehab, ALS, Dementia, Alzheimer, companionship, elderly care, meal preparation, feeding, checking and changing, bathing and grooming, turning q2hrs, transfers, catheter, rectual tubes, tracheotomy and ventilators.

Prepare meals and assist in feeding patient with modifications due to dementia. Assist with basic activities and daily living needs of patients. Measure and record patient's temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered and/or directed by supervisor or personal care plan. Chart and administer medications.
