It gives me a great satisfaction helping the patient/patients. I'm honest, loyal, hard working and have worked with some very well known patients. I was there to the very end of their life. I have CPR/ Tb test and back ground check if needed.

I fell into being a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver. Although I was the appointed Caregiver for our familes. I take pride in the ability to connect with people of all ages. Im a Caregiver by nature. I bond with my Clients. And enjoy making their lives easier and hope happier.

I am a state certified caregiver who are also certified in administering medication. My full time job is MedTech at a large assisted living community and I supervise caregivers and oversees ADLs of 90 residents. I had worked in restaurants as waitress so I have excellent customer service skill. Treating people with respect and kindness comes natural to me. I love animals and can also help with your pets.

*Prefer to work only with female adults* Our hearts , minds, memories and more make up who we are and sometimes we forgot those things through external circumstances, illness, or things out of our control. That's where I come in. When I meet the person I am to care for , I want to know all about them . It's not just about the basic of care given as anyone can do that, I want to make sure I give my 110% and am always studying. I want to know what are their favorite things , where did they grow up, belief system, triggers, anything about her or him that can help me add happiness to his or her life and those around him or her. Being understood is very important for anyone especially to those who are being affected physically and or mentally. This allows me to give the right care. This all started for me as a child , my sister was born with down syndrome and I was always around individuals that had unique abilities different from others. They were innocent and always seemed complete to me. Their will power to strive was always there and their laughter contagious. My sister gave me more gifts than anyone in this world could offer to me . She taught me values of the heart and things I can see in people that others sometimes can't. Growing up, I started learning that society even some so called caregivers didn't treat people that were unique as beautiful people . I learned quick to become a strong advocate for those who are not being treated right at a young age and even had to get into fights ( which I am not proud of ) to protect my sister and others from these people . As I grew up and matured, I learned to advocate through the legal system and rules which I used on countless occasions. I want to make a difference in how the way the system is ran and can only do so much, but the little difference I make in someones life today , makes their tomorrow better. That's what I enjoy most , making a difference.

Hello, My name is Patricia. I am a certified Caregiver for 30 years now. I enjoy helping others when in need. This profession is rewarding in itself. I have learned many skills working in facilities, hospitals, and home care.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy caring for people. I love to know that I am helping to make a persons life easier, comfortable and more enjoyable. I have been in medical field for over 12 years. I am self motivated and energetic. I am a person who will get things done. I am fluent in English and Spanish.

Cooking and caring for my family and seniors from my church who are no longer able to function without assistance adds joy to my life. I have home schooled 3 children while I worked at home for a time running my own medical transcription business, and later working for an online transcription company. Bible study and teaching others is also passion. I also enjoy taking peaceful walks in the beautiful outdoors.

I've been a certified nurse assistant for about 18 years and I love it. I really enjoy working with elderly people and with their families. I'm a quiet person but loving, caring and a very hard worker I'm very passionate of what I do.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of others, especially the elderly. I like being a caregiver for many reasons but mostly since I feel as if I am giving back and helping others. I am most proud of being able to take care of my grandma, we really enjoyed out time together before she became unmanageable. Caregiving for me is a reward, not just a job to fill.

I am very patient, reliable, easy learner and flexible. I have lots of experience and really enjoy caring for people's loved ones and treat them just as I would want my loved ones to be cared for. I worked in the hospital as a RN for 7 years and then decided to stay at home with my kids for a few years. I have 3 kids who are now older (Teens) who are more self sufficient now without me always being there plus teens care about there social life's at this age. I can basically work any shifts. My greatest achievement was graduating from college while having 3 kids and a full time job and of course my beautiful family. I also cared for my elderly father for many years. My background check has been done and I have a fingerprint card from the state of Az.

Coming from extended family caring is a natural carrier that pass along throughout the family history. Being able to care and fulfilled the needs of our seniors population is my best achievement

I believe our mission on this earth is to be of service to others in any capacity. Fulfillment is knowing that I helped someone live their best life while still encouraging their independence and maintaining their dignity. My outgoing, mild mannered, courteous, and compassionate character lends to my ability to make people feel comfortable and safe. I have built a passion for caring which motivated me to become a nursing student--caring is my career!

I am currently a student at Pima community college pursuing my RN degree. I left a position as a corporate executive to pursue a more satisfying career that would allow me to utilize my knowledge and abilities to care for others. Knowing it will take a few years to get my degree, I chose to become a Certified Nursing Assistant so I can start to help those who are in need of care now.

I've always cared for others and i think that when people get old they may feel lonely , useless and thats where i come to help them cheer up , make their day , make them feel happy and useful . Being a caregiver makes me happy when someone else is happy that im being helpful . I am proud of graduating high school and getting through all the obsticles in life with my sister that make me powerful and a strong mom. Hey I'm Mary I am a very friendly and social person with a big heart I got into caregiving because I grew up with a disabled mother and had to help her on a daily basis I know what it's like to have to trust a stranger with your loved one and how hard it is to not be able to do more. That's why I got into this line of work was to be the person that I would have wanted to take care of my mom. I love my job everyday being able to put the smallest smile on my clients face makes my day.

I feel that i am Caring person. I believe what you do know will come back to you. Doing this job give me a satisfaction to help others. By working in this profession and enviroment we caregiver develop a skill of knowing what patients needs are. If a person feels confuss and doesn't know how to do their daily activities. I start given them a tooth brush. To remind them to brush their teeth. Give a smile to said its o.k. I AM HERE TO HELP YOU MAKE YOUR LIVE EASIER.

I show alot of care and support to my clients, I'm happy and I try to have fun with them as well, enjoying each other makes us both happy, my great concern is making my clients feel cared for, I want to make them feel comfortable, secure and safe in their own home.
