I try to constantly strive to be the best version of myself--in my job, with my health and fitness, with my relationships and with my emotional well-being. To be a good leader, to trust, respect, and always try to bring out the best in people. I always have a smile on my face, I treat my patient/resident as if they're my family because they are someones family. I enjoy being a caregiver because I love helping people in anyway that I can, I enjoy seeing smiles on others faces when I do something for them. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I always give my my clients the best out of me every time.

I have several years experience caring for many family members and I'm grateful to have been able to do so. Our Midwest family farm life was where I formed my morals and values that I still hold today. I'm a compassionate, fun, detailed, hard working and believe a positive attitude is an essential part of life. I've been blessed with many experiences and achievements throughout my life. One recent achievement I am very proud of was the opportunity to work with an exceptional student and to be part of his independent progress. During my free time, I enjoy time with my husband, our family, gardening (when possible) and numerous music related activities.

I am a nursing student, a mother, and I am a natural caregiver. My calling in life has been to help people and I have a huge heart. Hi My name Is Michelle ,I am naturally a nurturer .My parents were older being 97(born 1923 and mom 1936 . I am very happy being positive and bringing light to anyone's day.My mom called me Sunshine I feel like I am full of it !I would treat your loved one like my own .I also do aromatherapy. I love helping people with activities of daily living. I like being a care giver because I am aiding in serving which I feel is very important as a trait .It makes me feel fulfilled.

I have compassion for others, empathy for my patients, strong work ethic coupled with a deep moral code. I enjoy caregiving so that I can better the daily lives of my patients, and to better improve the community with positivity and hope. The achievement t I am most proud of is the ability to invoke change, with kindness and hope to create a better social construct for the future.

I am trained caregiver

I became a caregiver about 12 years ago when my grandmother needed help taking care of her mother my granny whom was 97. Also at that time I took care of my mom who was diagnosed with a neurological disorder and became paralyzed from her waist down. That's what got me interested in this field and once I got certified have been working in a care home that resides 10 residents ever since.

I have been helping people since I was a peer mentor in high school, and nothing gives quite as much satisfaction as making someones life a little easier to live. I want to be a caregiver because so many senior citizens do not get the proper care they need and I strive to be the person that people depend on to go above and beyond what is asked of them. I believe everyone is deserving of great care, I am just here to make that happen.

I have wanted to work in the healthcare field since I was a little girl. My Grandfather was a P.A. in the army and worked at the VA. I would love to hear about his day and how he made a difference in peoples lives. I went to Tucson College and graduated with honors as a Medical Assistant in 1994. My love and desire to help only got stronger after my mother was diagnosed with cancer and my father went into heart failure. I was blessed to have had the knowledge to be able to care for them when they needed me the most. Through caring for them as well as three of my children I have also gained additional experience such as how to run feeding tubes, oxygen concentrates and so much more. One of the things that I love the most about working in the healthcare field is that whether I am with a client for one day or a year is that I am making a difference in their lives and they make a difference in mine.

People say that when you love what you do it shows. Well, it shows in how I care for my clients. I have loved every client; I have ever cared for, that is what makes me a great caregiver. I have a friend that believed that I would be a great caregiver. She hired me; I worked day shifts and learned a lot about care giving with my first client. I believe that care giving chose me, I am thankful it did. I am now a certified home health aide with over 6 years of experience. I am a kind, trustworthy caregiver with a very diverse skill set. I have decided to go back to college to pursue becoming a Registered Nurse. I am currently on the waiting list at Pima Community College. There is so much to love about working with seniors, I enjoy helping people live with quality and dignity. It is important to share my joy and bring brightness to my clients’ everyday lives. When clients have a medical set back or surgery it gives me joy help them regain some or most all of what they lost. That is one of the most rewarding feelings. My clients are wise, I have learned much from them. Each client holds a special place is my heart, I carry them with me wherever I go. I believe "Happy is the home with a full cookie jar.” therefore, I enjoy baking cookies and live life with zest. A few of my many talents are my organizational skills and positive get it done attitude. I hope to get to know you and work with your family!

Hi I've been a CNA certified nursing assistant for over 15 years. I absolutely love my job although it doesn't feel like a job. I'm blessed everyone says that the person is blessed that I take care of but it's me Thats blessed. I treat your loved ones with dignity and respect like family because they always become. I'm a very happy-go-lucky woman/mother of three beautiful children the best part of this job is the smiles the love and connection that you make to know that I can make a difference even if it's for an hour I am very well known as a CNA for many years. I am an energetic, fun loving woman whose nursing and taking care of people has been my passion since I was just 19 yrs old. I love the feeling of going home knowing I was able to help my client and their family with the best care possible. I'm known to be extremely responsible and punctual. I'm a quick learner and adaptable to many situations and family needs.

Have been working in the health field for since 1978. Love people I like to give of myself in any way possible to help all that I am placed with. Being a care giver is a special job you enter people lives to help in any way possible the rewards are personal relationships that are experienced with care for that individual. Have ACLS, PALS, First aid, BLS, Licensed RT, current fingerprint card. Have been working with patients since 1978. One of my other jobs is training clients to use Pap devices for sleep apnea. I have been told by my coworkers that I always seem to love my job and patients feel at ease with me.

I became a caregiver for the reason it's a full filling feeling when you can help some one in need. I enjoy all aspects of caregiving. My personal achievement is I'm a single mom that have inspired my children to continue their education by leading them by pursing my LPN. I have been a caregiver for 3 years. And 2 years for friends and family. I love being a caregiver because it doesn't seem like a job to me. All of my clients I have had I treat them like family. I am outgoing, funny, responsible and caring. I currently have a fingerprint card and I am CPR/ First-aid Certified.

The reason I've decided to become a caregiver is that after the last 3 yrs as a nanny to a wonderful family I wanted to try the other end of the spectrum, so to speak. I helped care for my grandfather while he was sick and dying from cancer and though it was tough to watch him suffer, I know I helped to make him as comfortable as possible and I took great joy in knowing that I personally helped him. I'm looking to build a lasting relationship with a family that needs my services ... I'm nurturing, patient, fun, empathetic, dependable, giving and go above & beyond of whats expected. My grandfather made a big difference in my life and I'm wanting to pay it forward by helping a family and in way, a surrogate grandchild and/or child if the person has never had any. When I was 10 years old I had leg problems I wasn't able to work for years I reacieved help from people I didn't know and it gave me a heart of wanting to help others especially those in needs . Iam very responsible person, cares for one another. I love to see others happy, and love everyone without choosing.

I have been caring for clients with special needs for my entire adult life. I have worked hard to achieve a balance of loving professionalism with my clients. Although I am the mother of a child with cerebral palsy, my career choice was made before his birth. In my chosen profession, I assist children and adults with special needs in areas of personal hygiene, diet, self-help skills, recreational outings and community integration. My experience includes working in both home and academic environments. I am organized and detail oriented, self motivated good problem solving and computer skills.
