First of all, I am a family oriented person. I am married and the mother of four adult children. I am grandmother to two. I enjoy working with the elderly and children. Caring for people has always been my interest. I enjoy talking and listening to people. I like to take care of people while still helping them be independent. I am proud that I was able to be there as a companion and caregiver for my grandmother and father before they passed.

I am generally a happy and pleasant person who takes pride in everything that I do. I am very compassionate towards individual with special needs and those in need of more assistance with daily living. I have been called an excellent listener and a self starter. I became interested in being a caregiver every since my niece was born. She was born with special needs so I've learned a lot from helping my sister care for her beginning in 1993. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the joy in my heart and the smile on others face when I am able to make life easier for them. I also enjoy talking making others laugh, because my Parents always said, "laughing makes you live longer". I am extremely proud of the dedication I have towards my family members and others who I have had the pleasure of being able to assist.

I have patience, compassion, humor, being present and I'm assertive. I love caregiving because I have a passion for helping individuals. I enjoy caregiver jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy being a caregiver because I'm able to help others on a daily basis. A personal achievement as a caregiver is that I'm making an impact in each individuals life ; just by caring for them.

It's important to be professional in any job, but the main reason I love home health care is that this position revolves around compassion. From the moment I walk into your home my focus is not only fulfilling your needs, but to also make your quality of life better. I take the time to listen to and understand your needs and complete tasks the way you would like them done. I pride myself in helping you set and accomplish goals and educating myself on any health conditions or concerns you may have.

I am childcare expert educater and caregiver but my expertise can extend to any position offered. I became a early childhood educator because I am passionate about the importance of all children's upbringing and future endeavors. I really enjoy working with children and families and make a difference in a child's life. I have many achievements I am proud of. Although I must say that I am most proud that I keep up to date in all aspects of my career. I am a very open minded outgoing person. I have educational background is in early childhood development, psychology and applied behavioral sciences. I am Hispanic and fluently speak, write and read English and Spanish. I have many great qualities to offer but most of all I am reliable and trustworthy.

I have been a caregiver most of my life and I love making a difference in peoples lives. I enjoy being able to interact and give companionship to ones who need it the most. There is nothing like a person who tells you the smile you start with at the beginning of the day just makes theirs. I am a single mother of a 9 and 6 year old and am getting my BA in social science. My name is Anna Espinoza I am a Medical Assistant studying for my BA in Medical Administration and I love helping the elderly and disabled, I been a caregiver before only temporary for my Mom before she passed. I became a caregiver to care for elderly grandparents. When I visited family friends at various convalescent homes and viewed the below average care it broke my heart. I love to make a difference by treating my Clients like an extension of my family. I am most proud of belonging to a wonderful family that taught me the value of being a blessing to others. I love to help. If you need help never hesitate to ask me, I know it can be overwhelming to care for a loved one.

I became a caregiver over 20 years ago because I wanted to be of service to those that needed assistance and services to help them remain independent and be able to continue to live in the best quality of life they can. I have been a caregiver since I was little. I recently at the beginning of the year signed up with the San Joaquin County, I.H.H.S.. I love the fact that taking care of someone at any age is a blessing to be able to help others. I am a 22year old mother of a beautiful 3year old little girl. I graduated high school in 2010,now I'm currently enrolled with Ashford University going for my Bachelors in Health and Human Resources. Why am I a caregiver? Because I love people and I want to help people to meet their daily physical needs when they are not able to do so on their own. What I like about being a Caregiver is being able to give them the feeling that they are still people, they are still somebody and I want them to know that I care, I also want them to be able to talk to me about anything. My personal achievement that I am proud of is when my brother was ill and I had to become his caregiver. I would not change that moment for nothing in the world. I still had a full time job but I still came home after long hours of work to take care of him and relief my sister after she has been there with him all day. As I was his caregiver I watch him go from worst to better, not only by caring for him but by loving and making sure he get what he needed so as bath, meals, medicine, making calls to the hospice service when there was a certain need that I was not able to meet. I felt so happy but sad at the same time, just knowing that i made a difference in his life- sad to see him go through. But with the grace and mercy of God I made it through. I became a caregiver because I grew up going to the nursing homes that my mother worked at and I loved it! It just seemed the natural choice for me. It give me a great sense of pride to be able to improve the quality of life for my clients. I am proud of my educational achievements as well as all of the knowledge that I've obtained through experience. I am confident in my abilities to provide the best care for my clients. I am married with 3 children. I have been working in healthcare for the majority of the last 20 years. I have extensive education & experience with caring for the elderly in their home. I understand what it means to be a great caregiver. I had to take care of my mother and father. My mom was stage 4 breast cancer and my siblings had to work so I had to care for her 24 hours from dr visits to staying up all night to comfort her. I became a caregiver several years ago because I'm a compassionate, caring individual who is a people person. I like the ideal of assisting others with whatever I can assist them with due to their inability to care for themselves. A personal achievement I am proud of is receiving my Master's in Education while caring for an elderly couple for twelve years assuring them that I would be there with them until death, without any absentee or sickness and I accomplished that. I am a well educated, intelligent person who is a neutral minded individual that does not force an opinion of mines on anyone. I am a single mother of two young people who guided them to live their life to the fullest and at the instinctive. My desire is to become a teacher then work in administration for education to better the lives of our young children while continue to share my compassion and love to assist the elderly through for rest of their assistance.
