Life is about loving others, no matter what they are going through. As I've lived and learned, my loving of caring for others has only grown stronger. It is this strength that I seek to give to others as I care for them and their families. In my culture, aging and sickness are made most beautiful when experiencing compassionate care. Family members are supported through grace and understanding as their loved ones are in my care. There is peace in knowing that one's ill parents or last living grandparent are being cared for by an individual who has respect for this deeply intimate time and space. I look forward to sharing my love of life with you and your family.

I'm a mother two. I'm originally from Peru. I have two young boys one boy is 10 and the other is four years old. I am bilingual, I'm fluent in English and in Spanish. I pay close attention to detail. I love to help people. I'm devoted to providing the highest levels of personal centered care and I'm knowledgeable about all PPE requirements.

Some personality traits that help me to be a great caregiver are patience, empathy, sense of humor, detail-oriented, being in good health, cooperative, and able to set boundaries. What makes being a caregiver so rewarding to me is the act of showing someone love, letting them feel seen and heard. I love forming relationships with others. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them.

I am a great caregiver because I have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform the job assigned to me with great dignity and respect. I became a caregiver because I like taking care of elderly people with all their activities of daily living. I like being a caregiver because whatever I do and wherever I go my clients are always proud of me and happy with me. I always say to myself, it is not how you do it, but how they want it to be done. At the end of the day, I am happy when I do a great job and receive compliments from my coworkers, residents, and patients.

I became a caregiver because of my love and passion for elderly people. I have always loved assisting elderly people with their daily activities, including grooming, bathing, and feeding. The good health of my clients is one of my top priorities. I am proud of the fact that I have been able to work with elderly people over the past three years. My job as a caregiver has provided me with experience in many different areas. I have good communication skills and would love to bring joy into the lives of elders and their families.

Becoming a caregiver because I see the need to take care of those in need. I like to become a caregiver because it gives me the opportunity to care for clients and share their problems. I am proud that I am a nursing student. I will soon finish nursing school. I have worked in the home care field for 6 years.

Finding great care is all about the caregiver's personality and how that personality fits with the patient and the members of their family. The process is just as simple and just as complicated as that. I have been a caregiver for five years and still love what I do. I love providing home caregiver services to those who would otherwise be unable to remain at home. A smile on a client's face is overwhelming and makes me feel like I have done my job correctly. I have always enjoyed helping people. I like helping elderly people because I have worked with elderly family members as a private caregiver. I love what I do and have enjoyed helping every client with whom I have worked. I am proud of both the fact that I am fulfilling my goals and the way that I adjust and mingle instead of feeling sad when nobody is including me.

What makes me a great caregiver is that i always love to care for people both kids and elderly people who needs helps.why i become a great care giver is my grandmother who did need help in her elderly age and i devoted myself to care for her even when i was in school n surely achieved my aimed of caring for her.what i like about being a caregiver is that i learn alot about the elderly people by them advising me on the job and helps me know n learn more things about human being and is also motivate me alot about being a cargiver.Am also very proud about the job i do and also love love to care for the elderly people.

The passion of caring for people ,especially those in need. Being a care giver gives me the opportunity to do the job I love most.However,the most achievement I am proud of today is been able to go to school and become a nurse or a respiratory therapist. I'm a very good team player, and I love improving the lives of others who are not able to .

I become a caregiver because i want to learn how to take care of my parent when the will be old and unable to do something for themselves. I like to work with old people and helping them with some personal needs. I'am a hard worker and team player.

hi my name is fleran and i am a certified nursing assistant/ geriatric nursing assistant. Growing up in Africa, i watch a lot of people die because of inadequate care or treatment. As a child, my goal was to help touch someones life in one way or the other. i started by helping those in need back home by cleaning their houses and doing laundry for them. when my grandmother was diagnose with a stroke, i stayed home and took care of her till she passed. which to me was when i decided i want to do this for as long as i can. when i moved to the united states, i enrolled at cambridge school of nursing where i got my diploma as a certified nursing assistant. since then i love my job and i enjoy working with the elderly and listening to their stories and making sure they are well catered for.

I am a compassionate and loving caregiver with over 6 years as a private caregiver. I have the opportunity to work with clients with varies complexities. I was impressed with the quality of care my dad received despite the limited resources that was available at that time. This has always been the motivating factor why I wanted to be part of the health care system so that I can make a difference in someone’s life. I have always prided myself in the quality of care I gave to my clients helping them live the quality of life they aspire with dignity and respect. I will continue to provide compassionate health care through a holistically approach to improve the health of clients and the community at large. In addition, my integrity and strong work-ethic at school and my workplace has enabled me to provide outstanding health care and excellent patient care. I have been awarded Compassionate Nursing Award while working in a hospital and a lot of praises with the clients and family members I worked with. I am a very caring person. I have a passion for caring for others. I love being a care giver because Ive always wanted to help people. Anyway way that i can. I enjoy seeing the smiles on my clients face when i bring love and care to their homes. My personal achievemens are.I became manger at my previous job. That was a big accomplishment. I took on the responsibilities of leading a team of people.

I always liked to be with kids, adults and the elderly. I fell in love with caring for someone else when I offered to be with my father in law when he became sick. I used to go to the hospital several times per day to check up on him. When he went home from the hospital I stayed and took care of him until he passed away. I was there when he transition to hospice care. I was there for him day and night, just the two of us. Here was 89 years old. To be of assistance to soneone in that stage of his life was an eye opener as far as the real needs of a person at that crucial time provided me with serenity in my heart to have given the best care to him. I became stronger and I feel at peace when I think of hiim in heaven. I am a compassionate, respectful, responsible with a smile in my face and always striving for the best outcome at all times. I deeply appreciate ones privacy, dignity and confidentiality. I make sure that I report any changes or events that happened during my shift. I understand someone's need of pet therapy and I embrace it (except for reptile and wild animals :) ) I am a non smoker, non drinker and have a great driving record.
