I am woman with a big heart at helping others. I am caring, compassionate, a good listener and very dedicated person. I became a care giver for the reason that i want to serve other people especially those that are not able to do things on their own because of age or medical restriction. There are so many things i like about being a care giver one of them being the trust that you build with people who are not family but eventually become one. One of the things i feel so proud of was being able to respond to an emergency when my client had a stroke which helped in saving her life.

I naturally have the urge to help others. I have experience working with others in their home setting, I am patient and understanding of each individual I have helped, every situation is different. Growing up my mother had brain surgery and was also diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. During her sickness, she lost her vision in both eyes, she lost her ability to walk, and perform her daily activates. I had to help a lot and being the only daughter that she has, most of the responsibilities was split between my father and I. For this reason I want to work in the medical field, and help others anyway that I can. I am currently pursing my degree in Psychology and I look forward to going back to school to fulfill my next degree in Nursing.

I have worked in Nursing homes, Assisted Living, One on one private duties with families also with special need for 7 years. I love helping the elderly and proud to say they love me being there with them. I am good at what I do and want to further my experience and professional career helping elders. I love horses and all animals for that matter. I would like to grow a garden. And family means the world to me.

I became a caregiver(CNA) because of how much I enjoy caring for the elderly and how much I enjoy helping them on their every need. What I like about being a caregiver is being able to put smiles on their faces and make them feel comfortable. One personal achievement im proud of is doing something nice for an elderly and being thankful for how appreciated they were. I am caring, patient, trustworthy and dependable. For many years I have worked in a call center where I provided assistance to individuals facing medical emergencies while traveling. Hello I became a caregiver because I lost my grandmother at a early age and the elderly have always been a soft spot in my heart, my dad has dementia and heart disease, I've worked in the retirement living facilities, for about 4 years and a medication aide for one. I love helping others I am returning to college this is my second semester to attain my assoc. degree in social worker or a counselor. I am a caring and helpful person who has a eye for detail at what ever I do, and I love to see others smile.

I become a caregiver because i like taking care of people. I like many things about this job: help people who are not too strong . have my daughter. I am generous, compassionnate, empathize, gentle and i love kids. I am 30 years old.

I became a caregiver to satisfy the needs of impaired people or in need. I like when I perform the needs of an impaired person. I was proud when I took some impaired people to the bathroom, feed them and make their beds in an assisted living at the time of my training. And they evaluated me as being a good caregiver. People say about me, " I'm a kind person". And I'm proud of it. I like to make people happy and also I'm open minded.
