I like to be there for someone that cannot care for themselves because it is not easy to live a life like this when you cannot do things for yourself that you may have once been able to and cannot now. I have been caregiving since the year 2000 and just have a compassion for people. I am a certified medical assistant and also earned a certificate of phlebotomy. I am currently working toward my associates degree and have one semester left to complete. I plan in the near future to take classes to be a licensed practical nurse. I have 5 kids that are ages 17 to 23. I have a chiweenie named neeko that is 4 and he thinks he is a real baby and so spoiled.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way also.

I love being around people, I am elder in my siblings, it has very positive effect on my calm and patient personality. I have worked in medical field for most of life, caregiving does not feel like job. one of the best enjoyable part of caregiving is, you get to hear different stories/experiences of the life. I went to nursing school in Pakistan and now finally i have got the verification completed from nursing school.

Liza is a caring and loving person, slow to anger, patient, honest and trustworthy. Growing up have always wanted to be a helper to people around me and to put smiles on others' faces by pursuing my nursing career. I am a nursing student and I recently graduated with my Associates Degree with my major being Nursing. I enjoy being a caregiver as it helps me connect with different people in life both elderly and young. Through them I happen to learn more skills in life as well as general knowledge based on our interactions. I'm proud to have achieved my first stepping stone that is, my Associates Degree looking forward into getting my BSN from next year.

I have worked with Alzheimer's patients and those with dementia from the age of 19 to age 30. I started in Wisconsin as a caregiver for New Perspectives. In a couple of years I became the live in for this group home. I helped with all daily cares and medication administration. I later received my CNA license and continued to work in Colorado and later Texas I was also flight attendant in between this time. At the age of 30, we had our first child and I have been an at home mother of three children since 2004. I love those that are affected by Alzheimers and now that my children are getting older, would love to work with them again.

I have had a passion for caring for seniors at a very young age. It all started with me caring for my neighbor Ms. Jackson when I was just 13 years old but she didn't have any children but she as always so kind to me. I've worked in a nursing home, have had some private duty cases and I've cared for adults with disabilities. My grandmother ran a group home for children with disabilities and I believe this is where my passion to care for others came from. I take pride in providing care for those who can't care for themselves anymore. I feel that just because you've gotten older and can't do for yourself as you once did, you should still be able to maintain your dignity and self respect. That is my goal as a provider to help each individual maintain as much independence as possible and to provide the best care needed. I've care for many people in my life time but the return on what I've gained is beyond words.

My heart is to serve with compassion and care for each individual as if you were my family. I m honest, loyal, and dependable. I helped my grandmother care for my grandfather who had Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, Then several years later i took care of my grandmother who had dementia. I had another grandmother who had COPD and I also aided in her care. I have worked for a care giving service and honestly found the true reward in just loving and caring for the wellbeing of others. My integrity allows me to care for you and your family with the dignity, respect, and love that my family has instilled in me.

I have cared for both of my grandmothers, friends, neighbors, and many other clients. I also have worked 15 years in security. So, I have a very protective nature. I have cared for clients with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, Heart Disease, COPD, AFIB, MS, Diabetes with and without insulin, Full assist, standby assist, live in and live out. I am a super friendly, caring, hardworking, problem solver, who loves deeply. I see my clients as family and treat them with the love and respect that I would want for my own loved ones. I got into private care because I saw what my grandma went thru (they nearly killed her) in her short stay at a rehab and vowed to make a difference in her life and others by caring for them, allowing them to stay home and be as independent, safe, and happy as possible. I am the friend, daughter, granddaughter, and helper. I do live-in at $225 per day, or shift work at $20 per hour (preferably 12 to 16 hour shifts).
