I think I am a thoughful and caring person that can empathize well with anyone going through tough times. I enjoy the feeling I get from helping others in need. I became a caregiver when first learning about my son's emotional and behavioural disability. I graduated top of my class in medical assisting school and volunteered in the cancer unit at John Peter Smith hospital. I look forward to helping anyway I can.

I am very caring . I look over the residents like I would want to do with my own parents . I'm funny I love making residents laugh and making there day more excited and waiting to be happy even when their down . I want to be a caregiver because this is what I want to do with my life helping others who can't do it for them self or just need a little help with stuff they can't do anymore . I love my job as a caregiver because some people don't know how amazing this elders are and how much love they have in them . I'm proud of getting my CNA certification at the age of 16 by myself and study hard to pass this test .

I took care of my grandpa all through thigh school, he had diabetes and later went on to get his right leg amputee and was bed bound until he passed away. Taking care of him fo so long I learned a lot and I learned to have compassion and to help those whose really need it. I'm currently in school to become a nurse and ive already worked as a caregiver. I have a lot of patience and I really like to establish a good relationship with my patients because I don't want them to feel alone, especially right now with everything that's happening. I want to make them feel comfortable at every moment and especially in their final moments.

I'm currently a nursing student. I have one year left ( May 2018) before I receive my bachelor's degree. I worked with a variety of disabilities such as sickle cells, depression, schizophrenic, dementia, and, COPD. I have been known to stick around longer than the previous caregivers because I have much more patience then the average person. I will never leave someone alone if a family member hasn't released me, even when the shift is over. I'm hard-working and dedicated to helping families remain at home to keep their independence.

I love being a caregiver, I mesh well with all types of people but especially seniors. I've been a caregiver for over 10 yrs. Handle all types of situations from Alzheimer's to post surgical to hospice and everything in between. I will take care of you and your LO just like they were my own family. I'm a current University of Houston student who has experience in the field. I have completed the training and the only thing thats left is to take the exam (which I plan on doing as soon as I can afford to) I'm very dedicated to my work and would like to work part time. I thought this would be a great field for me since its a great way to get in the medical field. I also feel like for elderly people its very refreshing to see a younger face.

I am a very fun and loving person, I like to think of myself as a relatable soul, I can adapt to any situation and I work very well under pressure. I care for people as I would want someone to care for my loved one. I love being able to help someone that can not do for themselves. I am currently pursuing a nursing degree and i strongly believe that caring for others is my calling.

I am pursuing a degree in medicine. I also have volunteered for hospice and nursing homes since high school and have taken care of my great/grandparents. I was drawn to being a caregiver because I like spending time with older people they have stories and wisdom.

I have always been drawn to maintaining a home environment for the elderly and disabled. My mother has post polio and is hospital bed bound but she is able to be at home due to this service. My father has been diagnosed with dementia and without our aides, we wouldn't be able to keep him in the home. I have had the privilege to be part of their care team along with having my own client.
