I can say that I'm a great caregiver because I'm very passionate with what I do. I have a vast experience from the many years I've been working as caregiver dealing with all different needs. I'm married with 4 kids ( 3 girls, 1 boy).

I'm retired from boeing but I do some care giving I'm a very compassionate loyal trustworthy and punctual person. I love to make seniors smile, laugh, and take on outtings if they wish, and are able to do. My love for Seniors started when my Aunt went to a Rehab center. I realized how much she enjoyed our outtings, playing games, and reading to her. She passed. It prepared me for the care of my Mother, who has now passed. On my time off, I enjoy my 3 grandkids. Have a cabin in leavenworth that we enjoy. I enjoy reading, canning, cooking and weekend trips in the PNW.

I have more than 25 years of caregiving experience in US as CNA plus my previous medical background as MD in Ukraine. From 1995-1998 I worked for varies nursing homes like: Lakeview Gardens in Kirkland, Ida Culver in Seattle, Catholic Community Services in Bellevue. From 1998-2012 I was self employed running 3 Adult Family Homes in Bothell, Edmonds, Mill Creek. From 2012 due to my divorce I started working for Cascade Companion Care home agency. From 2013 to the present time I am working for VIP Home Care as a privet contractor-caregiver.From 2016 to 2018 I also worked with Husky Home Care as a caregiver specialist and training consultant. Prior 1995 I worked as a nurse for 2 years in Israel and 2 years as a privet companion in Canada.

I have over 15 years of experience providing reliable and compassionate care in both an Adult Family Home and in private home settings. I am committed to providing quality care while focusing on a person's emotional well being, understanding the importance of listening to, talking to and providing emotional support to clients.

I graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and two minors in human development and sociology. Since then I have been working for a residential care agency with adult family homes and single individual apartments. I began as a caregiver and moved up to a site supervisor and eventually an area supervisor. As an area supervisor I manage eight special needs clients and 25 staffing caregivers. I am looking to change my job and do private caregiving as it will be closer to my home. I absolutely love being a caregiver and I cannot imagine myself doing anything else. I have a vast array of experience with many types of medical diagnoses and special needs. I strongly believe that the greatest skills a caregiver can have is incredible patience and to remain positive and smiling for those you care for! What I enjoy most is making other people's life's better and do care like this for elderly people is what I enjoy to do, my biggest accomplishment is all the certifications I have gotten in the medical field back in my country I went to school and became a RN, nurse practitioner and a public heath nurse, I have a lot of experience and I will not disappoint.

I feel I'm a great care giver because you have to love what you do its a career for me not a job.I love the feeling of helping someone who can't help themselves. I became a caregiver do to helping a family member out who had a stroke I just felt great about doing something I was good at.I love getting to know the client and the storys they tell the struggles and life they have lived its wonderful I learn a lot of history and they have companionship.its a wonderful feeling when you wake up and are ready to go to work and no regrets
