My name is Saida . I am a certified nut assistant, I have been a caregiver for 7yrs now and I love it . I am happy ,patience, compassionate, ,attentive and reliable etc . I have a passion for my job .Once you hire me you will never regret. I have heard people asking why they never knew me before . I am kind , cheerful , caring and my clients is my first priority. First I have been doing this for eight years as I said before I have worked in the Adult family home wish you know you have to do everything breakfast lunch and dinner shower grooming dress and also assistant living and also hospice center. I know for sure what I wanted to do in life taking care of babies are adults no I'm working at a space Center wish I love my job so much. Working at adult family home you have to be patient and re-approach be gentle and kind also the assistant living it's the same thing you just got a re-approach them be gentle be patient as I always say is the little things that counts and matters I'm not perfect everyone to make mistakes but I try my best to learn from them and you're never too old to learn more I remember I was at work one One of my patient was laying down and they have a visitor and I was trying to feed him something he turned to me and said I appreciate this so much because he was not taking anything before and look he is taking a few bites that made me feel so good so I feel like I'm doing something.

I can say that I'm a great caregiver because I'm very passionate with what I do. I have a vast experience from the many years I've been working as caregiver dealing with all different needs. I'm married with 4 kids ( 3 girls, 1 boy).

I have more than 25 years of caregiving experience in US as CNA plus my previous medical background as MD in Ukraine. From 1995-1998 I worked for varies nursing homes like: Lakeview Gardens in Kirkland, Ida Culver in Seattle, Catholic Community Services in Bellevue. From 1998-2012 I was self employed running 3 Adult Family Homes in Bothell, Edmonds, Mill Creek. From 2012 due to my divorce I started working for Cascade Companion Care home agency. From 2013 to the present time I am working for VIP Home Care as a privet contractor-caregiver.From 2016 to 2018 I also worked with Husky Home Care as a caregiver specialist and training consultant. Prior 1995 I worked as a nurse for 2 years in Israel and 2 years as a privet companion in Canada.

I have 25 yrs experience in this care field . Through my experience with families I'm able to expand my network . It's a great opportunity I get to be part of their care needs . What a great reward .

As my 3 daughters grew and moved, I chose to care for my Mother with cancer, when she passed away, I found others who needed help thru friends and referrals. I took all classes necessary to fulfill the state requirements to be licensed in Washington state as a CNA . I have since been a long term caregiver to 3 Clients who have now passed, and to 4 shorter term clients that have since improved. I have a positive outlook, and enjoy the company of others who are seeking a little help , to be needed gives me purpose.

I am definitely a people person as I've discovered through being a nursing assistant. I am very compassionate and empathetic. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them and their lives. I have 4 grown children (my greatest achievements) and 5 (another on the way) grandchildren.

A few things about me is that I am very hardworking and very respectful. I am also responsible with any task that I am given I have a great personality very positive I have a lot of experience in caregiving I like to make sure the clients that I help feel respected, safe around me, I like to give the best care possible! What attracted me to become a caregiver is my family I have always loved helping people in any way possible. What I enjoy most is making other people's life's better and do care like this for elderly people is what I enjoy to do, my biggest accomplishment is all the certifications I have gotten in the medical field back in my country I went to school and became a RN, nurse practitioner and a public heath nurse, I have a lot of experience and I will not disappoint.

I feel I'm a great care giver because you have to love what you do its a career for me not a job.I love the feeling of helping someone who can't help themselves. I became a caregiver do to helping a family member out who had a stroke I just felt great about doing something I was good at.I love getting to know the client and the storys they tell the struggles and life they have lived its wonderful I learn a lot of history and they have companionship.its a wonderful feeling when you wake up and are ready to go to work and no regrets

I became a caregiver because I have a compassionate heart to the most vulnerable people of our society, and patience to work with the those with challenging behavior. mostly I like to of service to others. I like being a care giver because I find joy in being of help to the helpless, giving them love and respect. Helping them help themselves. I like also to learn from them. I like team work that bring change in someone's life. I am proud doing well in applying all care plans of each client as required. I never have any serious misconducts in any of the jobs I have done. I works in harmony and peace with the team members of the clients. I am proud of my dedication to the service of humanity. I am a woman full of compassion, non-violence person, respect all human being. I can be very sensitive to any human abuses. I can live and work with different peoples. I try always finish what I am suppose to do. I am a woman who fear God.
