I serve client my with love and a smile no matter how difficult or unthankful they could be. First I have been doing this for eight years as I said before I have worked in the Adult family home wish you know you have to do everything breakfast lunch and dinner shower grooming dress and also assistant living and also hospice center. I know for sure what I wanted to do in life taking care of babies are adults no I'm working at a space Center wish I love my job so much. Working at adult family home you have to be patient and re-approach be gentle and kind also the assistant living it's the same thing you just got a re-approach them be gentle be patient as I always say is the little things that counts and matters I'm not perfect everyone to make mistakes but I try my best to learn from them and you're never too old to learn more I remember I was at work one One of my patient was laying down and they have a visitor and I was trying to feed him something he turned to me and said I appreciate this so much because he was not taking anything before and look he is taking a few bites that made me feel so good so I feel like I'm doing something.

I can say that I'm a great caregiver because I'm very passionate with what I do. I have a vast experience from the many years I've been working as caregiver dealing with all different needs. I'm married with 4 kids ( 3 girls, 1 boy).

I have more than 25 years of caregiving experience in US as CNA plus my previous medical background as MD in Ukraine. From 1995-1998 I worked for varies nursing homes like: Lakeview Gardens in Kirkland, Ida Culver in Seattle, Catholic Community Services in Bellevue. From 1998-2012 I was self employed running 3 Adult Family Homes in Bothell, Edmonds, Mill Creek. From 2012 due to my divorce I started working for Cascade Companion Care home agency. From 2013 to the present time I am working for VIP Home Care as a privet contractor-caregiver.From 2016 to 2018 I also worked with Husky Home Care as a caregiver specialist and training consultant. Prior 1995 I worked as a nurse for 2 years in Israel and 2 years as a privet companion in Canada.

I have over 15 years of experience providing reliable and compassionate care in both an Adult Family Home and in private home settings. I am committed to providing quality care while focusing on a person's emotional well being, understanding the importance of listening to, talking to and providing emotional support to clients.

As my 3 daughters grew and moved, I chose to care for my Mother with cancer, when she passed away, I found others who needed help thru friends and referrals. I took all classes necessary to fulfill the state requirements to be licensed in Washington state as a CNA . I have since been a long term caregiver to 3 Clients who have now passed, and to 4 shorter term clients that have since improved. I have a positive outlook, and enjoy the company of others who are seeking a little help , to be needed gives me purpose.

I know how to empathize in situations where I need to be empathetic. Patience and flexiblity is a must I get it, there are times when you might need someone to show up unannounced at any given time. I understand things happen, so just give me a call make sure I'm close by. I'm super attentive and respond to situations in a timely manner. I always put the needs of my senior first and I am able to take charge when necessary. I'm known for being a good listener but an excellent communicator. I can be creative at times making each day a little different, an overall good time. I am also committed and dependable and supportive. On & off the clock you'll come to realize that I am a trustworthy person & that I am able to maintain confidentiality in it's whole intergirty. To me a sense of humor is acceptable to anyone, it brings the magic to the room & enlightenment shines right through, so yes I see myself as a humorous person at times. Every day I am capable of being emotionally tough to not only protect, but to instruct the patient on the things that need to be done, showing a sense of Independence which shows cooperation. I should be physically fit and have a strong constitution and I will be always available able to perform light housekeeping duties at all times.
