Hello, I'm Nicole and I was raised In Germany and Denmark before moving to the USA with my mom in ...well a long time ago. Growing up in a diverse social service worker household, where my Summers and all my school breaks were spent in camps and day cares with kids/adults with special needs, I never considered a career in anything BUT taking care of others. I remember my Great grandma going through the stages of Alzheimers and not fully understanding this, but feeling that she needed lots of love. While so many people are unhappy about their employment I feel blessed to have mine. I'm happy to say that I love doing what I do and I get to do it 24/7It is not a job to me it is my life, my history and my future. I am a highly energetic woman and I love to bring joy to others. At the same time, I'm patient and compassionate and I respect that everyone's situation is unique and needs to be treated as such. I spent nearly 20 years in case management and I came to realize how much I missed Direct Care, especially after taking care of my daughter. One of my favorite sayings is " It is an honor to take care of the ones that once took care of us' I have many many years of experience in a very diverse Social Service background and I don't shy away from any responsibilities. Hello I'm Rebecca! I am 20 years old, and absolutely love Colorado! I adore caring for the elderly, and even making friends with them. I have a deep passion for the medical field, and for helping others. When my grandma started declining in her health, I knew it was my calling to help all the elderly. It gives me a meaning to be at work, it creates a job I don't need a vacation from! I just had my first baby May 23rd! Prior to that I was working at Jackson creek senior living. I absolutely loved my job there and am very excited to start my new journey with this company!

I've always been a Caretaker like the strong Women who raised me. And taking care of my Mother in her last yrs was my greatest accomplishment and gave me the need to care for other's.

I became a caregiver because of my mom. My mom was actually my very first client. I started caregiving when I was 18 and have been working inside facilities and in-homes since. I am compassionate and patient when it comes to taking care of others. I like to see things (or at least try my best to) how my clients and residents see things so that way I can best help them. I enjoy being able to help my clients and residents live a happier and easier life with the additional help and support from another who cares. I am very proud of how far I've come and how far I continue to reach. I am currently going back to school to be an MA so I can continue to help others around me.
