- [ ] I'm a certified ADSP I've been working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in CILA homes by myself since October-2019 at progressive housing in mount Vernon il they have over 5 CILA house with at least 5-8 individuals ranging in ages with different intellectual disabilities I've had experience in all of those from knowing what those individuals disabilities were to the medications they were prescribed for those disabilities. I then transferred my experience to a different CILA company In mount Vernon Illinois called shamrock, I then worked at a home with 6 individuals with disabilities and one who had handicap disability who needed all hands on care while still tending to other residents, Also worked at a CILA home with the same company (shamrock) where I had one resident in a home who needed all hands on care. I ended my caregiving at shamrock in august 2021 and then went back to the job that introduced me to caregiving progressive housing and a seasonal job at a nursing home facility called green tree on the memory care and hospice unit with over 12 residents and 4 staff I ended care giving there in 2021 and stayed at progressive housing I now work a overnight shift at a CILA home by myself for progressive housing with 6 residents who I cook for, bath, make lunch for workshop, clean house, do laundry, and pass medication for I've been at progressive housing gradually over a totally of 4 years.

Dear families; My name is Natasia. I have 2 wonderful children and currently have been a CNA for 7 years. I am dedicated, kind, and very detailed oriented in the jobs that I do. I became a CNA because my mom was a CNA, but mostly because my mom is not getting younger and she's going to need someone to take care of her later in life. In the years that I've been a caregiver, I've met so many different people from all around the world. So that's what I like about my job. I am a socialite and sometimes that's all is needed from me as a caregiver; companionship. At the end of the day, I go on knowing that I've done all that I can to satisfy my clients at least for that day. Seeing the smile on a person's face after knowing what they're going through and being the one to put it there makes a difference for me.

I like to see my patients happy. I chose to be a caregiver after becoming my dad's caregiver in 2004. I also cared for my grandmom. The best times is when I see my patients smile even though they have their own illnesses they still manage to put a smile on their face. At their end life I make sure the family and my patient is cared for.
