I'm a mother of two girls who I care for daily. I'm currently in medical school to receive my degree in medical assistance. I took an interest in medical and caring for elderly after my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I cared for her while she battled to live.

I also helped care for grandparents that lived till they were 81 and 94 of age. I also recently cared for my dad 64 of age that deceased on this year. I now have 1 grandparent alive that is 95. I am proud of being there with my dad as conservator and guardian while he was incapacitated from a major stroke. It meant the world to me knowing that at some point he was going to leave me because of his condition. He was my best friend and would of traded everything to keep him here. I also received my Associates Degree in Health and Human Services with honors through all the ups and downs. I am truly proud of myself.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I love to help improve the daily lives of those whom cannot necessarily do it on their own, I fell in love with caregiving while I was taking care of my mother while she was in need.
