I care for your family as if it were my own. I have compassion and empathy for the entire family. I attempt to include family in the care of their loved one. I am a nurse that has entered semi retirement. I have a bachelor's degree in nursing and 18 years of clinical nursing experience. I have recently cared for my own grandparents in a hospice environment. I also have experience with vent dependent children.

I became a caregiver because I've always had a helping and giving heart. I really enjoy caregiving because I live to help those that need the help I'm also a medical assistant so I love to help others. I'm the most proud of making a difference in Someone's life and I feel caregiver has allowed me to do this. I am a very kind heart person, very patient and understanding I've worked with dementia and Alzheimer's residents and I have really enjoyed that experience.

I love caring for the elderly because i believe they have worked hard all their lives and have taken care of their families now its time that we take care of them and show them the love that they deserve. My grandma has always been my inspiration for helping the elderly. I have always had a passion for the health field starting as a kid i have nurses and doctors in the family and they have inspired me through out life. Being able to see the smile of their face when you show up and when they realize that they are not alone and that their is someone there that is going to make things easier and better for them it helps them relax better. it breaks my heart when the patients have family and no one comes to see them . That i have always keep the passion in my heart for helping others no matter what is going on. and to know that i can make a difference in some ones life.

I started in Medical Care by taking care of my Retired Disabled Father and Continue to this day. I have a heart for people and aspire to become a Hospice Nurse in the future. I volunteer my time at the LGBT Community Center of Southern NV and work in concert with the SNHD in providing services and education

I became a caregiver back in 1995 when I worked in a Nursing facility. I love being a caregiver because I like to be able to help people that are in need of help with things they can no longer do on their own or have trouble doing on their own. A personal achievement that I am proud of is going back to school and getting my associates degree in Human services. I am married with three children. I have always been a caregiver to people and animals. I love to go camping with my family and enjoy the outdoors.

I have had experience from school when I was doing the LVN program so I think this would be a great job for me to work for in between I take my state board exam. I absolutely love what I do and I'm interested in furthering my education to become an RN as soon as I acquire the experience of an LVN. I can toilet, transfer, and ambulate clients. Hi my name is Jacqueline and I live in Plantation, Florida, I have over twenty years of experience as a Professional Skilled Caregiver. I have traveled to Boston, MA and New York, besides Florida. I work in every aspect of the home care field, I also have a radio station on Blog talk radio about the health field and private duty. I also have worked with Hospice cases in homes and facilities. I work with high end wealthy retirees some of which you know, I also train other caregivers to work on their own cases and or to act as my relief. The reason why I became a caregiver was, my Father was fighting Cancer. I had to step up and take him to doctors appointments, physical therapy, and to get treatments. For the most part of it be there for him. It was an emotional roller coaster for him and everyone around him. I tried my very best to keep him happy and stay positive. After my Father passed away, I decided I wanted to become a caregiver.

I became a caregiver after working several years as a back office medical assistant, successfully raising twins, and caring for my parents as they aged and passed. I now find myself with no responsibilities aside from my loving husband of thirty years and our dogs. We re-located to Phoenix, AZ from the beautiful Napa Valley in 1994 to be near our aging parents, bought our second home and been in the same place since My best achievements would be raising two very successful kids, my marriage, homeownership since the age of 19, taking care of my aging family and making sure everyone's needs were met, my greatest accomplishment would be losing 150 lbs and keeping it off since 2007. My hobbies include hiking (I hate the gym, but I go anyway), camping, cooking for my family, my dogs, and spending time with my granddaughter. I have a perfect driving record, fully insured reliable car, can pass a background check and fingerprint clearance. Currently I am working part-time as an in home caregiver for Synergy Homecare here in Phoenix. I am totally reliable and always on time if not early.

I am a very caring, compassionate person. I like making people happy. I think more than anything an older person just wants to talk and be understood. I love reading and taking care of people. Hi my name is Cori. Was raised by my grandparents and I got to return the love and spend a lot of time with them at their end of life as their caretaker keeping them out of a nursing home. My grandma has vascular dementia and my grandfather cancer. I learned a lot as their ulltime caretaker and it was very rewarding. After they passed I had an empty mess so I ended up taking on more caretaking . I was needed by another family. I learned to be resourceful and adapt to the needs that are unique and personal to each aging person and their family. I also have a degree in health information technology and have studied all body systems, diseases, anatomy, and trained in medical records. I'm a grey cook of meal assistance is needed.
