My name is Heidi I am 32 years old Ive been doing caregiving for 14 years. I love it and I enjoy it. I am very dependable respectful and go the extra mile.

I am honest , loving and caring. I am trustworthy and reliable I work at my utmost best to make sure my clients goals are met that they are comfortable and happy. I am a well trained aide with many years of training and experience well skilled I know how to work under pressure because at times in life we can be faced with many difficult challenges and I always try to make the best of every situation.

I think what makes a good caregiver is an honest person a compassionate person and a very patient person. I became a caregiver because I like to help people and I ended up helping my great-grandmother six months before she passed away. I was her caregiver for her cargiver for 6 months. What I like about caregiving is that, I gt to help an elderly person that needs care; they are fun to be around cause they're usually saying something thats hilariously funny; & my favorite thing, I always learn something from them... no matter how simple or small it may be. Plus, if that was my senior relative that needs care, I would want someone to be there to help my family too if I wasn't there or unable to do it. Its the greatest feeling in the world to know u were actually there for someone who needed & to kno u made all the difference in the world, even if it is just to that one person.

My personality traits are: caring, understanding, sweet and funny. The thing that attracted me to being a caregiver is the willingness to help others in need. The thing I enjoy most is being there for the patient and listening to their stories. My personal achievement is obtaining a Masters, as it has always been a goal of mine.

Hello I have been doing caregiving for about 10 years, within this time I have build my experience working with clients who may have or need care for the following mental disorders, intellectual disabilities, companion care, personal care, and dementia care. I am certified in CPR AED first aid BLS, and I'm also certified DSP one and two direct support personnel. I am also registered with the California healthcare CHA. My name is Jeannie Smith I am 35 years old. I have worked in the medical field for 11 years. In those 11 years I have obtained a CNA, CMA, a current CPR and first aid. I have completed all except for 12 weeks of my practical nursing I attended college at Kaplan University in Omaha,NE. I have worked in places such as: nursing homes, assisted living, specialty units (dementia, brain damage), nursing agencies, in home care (private pay), multiple hospitals. I have worked with patients/residents with a variety of aliments such as: dementia, Alzheimer's, cerebral palsy, brain injuries, cancer, paralysis/prosthesis. I feel God places you in different situations and that he's put me in specific situations to make me a better person. I feel that these situations have made me a better CNA such as my brother suffering a coma due to being hit by a drunk driver and my other brother suffering major brain damage and bed ridden due to a massive heart attack/stroke. I know God has placed me here to care for others. And I do that through being a CNA. I love what I do with a passion.
