Hello, my name is Dena Jones. I've been in the caregiving field for 2 years helping my elderly grandparents. The love I have for helping others is what drove me to wanting to be a caregiver. I'm most proud of the compassion I have for others. Also, I am in college to be a lawyer and a doctor.

I grew up caring for my mentally challenged mother & brother. I am also a single parent to a young child. So I have a lifetime of care giving experience. I have spent the last 2 1/2 years as a live in care giver and have found it quite rewarding. I like knowing I can bring a sense of independence and/or joy to a clients life. I love knowing that I can make someone's day to day life more gratifying. I have also worked for IHSS and have passed multiple background checks.

I became a caregiver because, of my need to help people to live their optimal life. I love the people I sever or assist, to reach each individual goal. To be a person who makes that difference, in the quality of life of others. To bring a since of dignity and respect to those, who now need a helping hand. I am proud of all of those things I bring through skills and experience. I am proud of that fact that, despite adversity. I feel that my skills and experience will be an asset to whomever I serve. My experience ranges from, assisted living to hospice. I have over 15 years of hands on experience. I have about 15 months to complete my RN Degree. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant. I am as well, a Direct Support Professional, which means, I am certified to work with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities’. Which is normally in conjunction with having, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, C.P., M.S., and Parkinson’s, to name a few. I am skilled, as well as, in completing ADL’s (Activities of Daily living) including but, not limited to, bathing, meal preparation/feeding, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and Medication management/reminders. Hello i would like to take this moment and briefly explain who i am and why iv chosen this profession. I started attending to the elderly's needs seven years ago when my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. During that time i learned to patiently join the journey within the disease. After my grandmother proceeded on to glory i thought i would never do this work again but shortly after i realized its my calling i've dedicated my gift to various companies such as Sunrise Senior Living, Maxim Health Services also Visiting Angel. As time has gone by and my experience also confidence has grown i decided to independently take on my journey as a Compassionate Caregiver. Within my experience i have become and expert in meal preparation, hygiene, hoyer lifts/transferring, toileting dressing, bathing also assisting with medication. I'm a caretaker who takes pride and is very confident in what i do i am compassionate, hardworking and considerate also eager to serve you.

Helping people is my purpose in life. I believe it is the most rewarding act a person can do for another. My mother has Alzheimer's and I have taken care of her this past year. She is now in a memory care facility. I am in my 50's and I have had two careers in my life. I was an interior designer for Ethan Allen for many years and I loved it. I decided to sell real estate and was a licensed Realtor for several years. I do not have any caregiving experience as a job, but as a wife, mother, and grandmother, I really do have plenty of caregiving experience. I am ready, willing and able to do the following for you or your loved one. This list is not limited. • Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming and toileting • Provide support in handling basic household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, doing laundry and ironing • Provide assistance and encouragement with walking and light exercises • Run errands, buy groceries, pick up prescriptions, and pay bills • Medication reminder • Escort you or your loved one to social activities such as gatherings, dinners, picnics or parties • Provide transportation to doctor’s appointments, beautician appointments, etc. • Observe changes in behavior or medical condition and report changes immediately to doctor or family members

I love providing home care giving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing.Being a caregiver for 5years has helped me in so many ways, I have worked in Hospitals, Nursing home Facilities, Private Duty, etc. I love what I do in helping each client I've ever worked with. Taking care of sick people that needs my help gives me joy in my heart and it let me know they need people to work with them that care.My personal achievement that i'm proud of now is that i am presently a student trying to enroll into a pharmacy school which has been my dream job since i was little.I am from Africa, married with one kid. love working with poeple from different cultures and i learn alot of different things in a short amount.

I became a caregiver because I love helping people. I am very compassionate, caring, and attentive. I have been caring for clients for over 3 years. I feel the need to help people who have trouble caring for themselves fully. I would like to be a part improving a clients quality of life.

I have first hand experience when it comes to caregiving. Last year I had a grandma who went through surgery and had to physically and mentally recover for almost a full year. Fortunately I was able to gain experience on how to truly care for a loved one and want to provide that care to others.

When I began servicing the elderly in 1990, in Las Vegas, many jobs began as housekeeping and gradually moved into care giving. As the years went on with my clients, their needs changed. I enjoy assisting others, I am very patient, observant and attentive. My references can attest to my honesty, dependability and hard working ways. Hello! My name is Nicole Rainey, I am a licensed CNA as of 05/31. I have years of caregiver expierence that all began when I was 10 years old caring for my sick grandmother. Because of her I chose a career in medical. I am currently pursuing a career in Paramedic Medicine with a minor in Trauma Nursing. During my caregiving jobs, I have been promoted 2 times, once as a medtech & once as a CNA. I would love to be able to be apart of your family & help your loved ones when they need it most.

I am currently waiting for the state to process my applications so i can take the state board exam to be a CNA. I did the CNA certification at CSN and I am currently a Nursing Assistant.
