I love to help people and share my time with my them, I was growing up with my grandma, since I was one year old, she was my motivation to become a caregiver, i helped her as much as I could, but I think that I have much more to share, and help other people

I've been a caregiver for over 12 years. I take great pride in caring for other. I enjoy talking, listening, learning and just being there for others. When I take care of someone, they become family and that's how I will care for them. I am blessed to care for others!

I'm a caring and knowledgeable CNA. I've worked with the geriatric population since I was 12! I started volunteering at the nursing home my mother was working at as the social worker. I've been a CNA since I was 18 years old. I'm very understandable about the effects of Alzheimer's and dementia and how it changes your loved one. I have said for years that working with "old people" is my calling. It's what I do best. I'm currently working on getting my nursing license but this will not interfere with my ability to be at work when I'm supposed to be. I'd love to care for your loved one!

I'm a single mother of three wonderful children my youngest was born on life support and was epileptic which led me to become a caregiver. From the age of 13 I had cared for a close family member which was epileptic and was on disability I had moved in with her in high school to be her caregiver at that point in time I knew that I cared for others more than most as my friends were out going to the movies and going skating I chose to spend my time at home caring for another human being. As long as I can remember I have always taken care of someone and started out in the mental health dealing with individuals with special needs and being able to care for someone else that is unable to care for themselves touches my heart I'm truly lead to be in this field.

I became a caretaker when I first had my child who was born with a rare immunodeficiency. I also have a heart for caring for others. I also adopted a child that was born highly addicted to drugs.

I attended Career Point College in 2013 and completed my CNA certification with a 4.0 GPA. I also was apart of the LVN program there as well, but I did not complete it. While at Career Point, we did go to different facilities to practice skills and get our certifications. I have worked in a variety of different settings; hospitals, nursing homes, memory care units, facilities for adults with disabilities, and I have done a lot of home care. During my experience in the facilities, I gained hands-on experience in providing care and company to disabled and elderly clients. I have a demonstrated ability to administer bedside and personal attention to clients including aid in ambulation, bathing, personal cleanliness, and dressing and undressing. Also, I am very expert in preparing meals and special diets and helping in feeding clients. I am experienced with using lifts, transferring and lifting.
