I am outgoing person that has a lot of knowledge in Medical terminology and it's meaning as it pertains to the clients health. I have been in the health care field for 18 years at various positions over the years which I believe gives me a leg up on patient care. I am easy to talk to and I'm open to adjustment and suggestion. I realize that I have a gift at making the client as well as the family feel at ease when I provide care. Knowing that I have provided a service that the client and family is satisfied with is a joy for me.

I someone who has a passion for helping other. All my life I have helped others. Starting the age of 18 I became a C.N.A., then went on to take Phlebotomy to become a Clinical car Partner, then I attended school for a Pharmacy Technician and ended with getting my degree in Human Services. I have ran operated various facilities for elderly and individuals wit disabilities. These are the skills the that never leave you and if its who you truly are its where you will remain. Helping others!

My personality and expertise on being a care giver comes naturally since I was young. I'm currently working on my second degree as a Medical Office Assistant. I have been helping as a home aide since I was young and continued on throughout my adulthood. I learned it from my grandmother who was a care giver for over 30 years and she taught, showed, and allowed my twin sister and I to assist her in her daily activities as a care giver at a local nursing home and as a private care giver. I really enjoy being a care giver because I love to help people who are in need of my services and to help them to still feel independent and useful to others as well as themselves while giving them companionship. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is getting my degree in Criminal Justice while working on another one in Healthcare .

I have been a nurse for 16 years and I absolutely love caring for everyone from children to the elderly. I always treat my patients as if it were my mother, brother, sister, or friend.

I have been a caregiver for nine plus years and I enjoy doing it. I have worked with clients that had different disabilities. I enjoy taking care of people that are in need of any care. I'm honest, hardworking and reliable.

Very positive and high energy, i love being a caregiver because being able to help with elderly let's me know that there is someone who cares for them besides family that is willing to be there for them. A personal achievement would have to be communication because it is very hard to communicate with clients who have trust issues due to previous workers.

I enjoy providing exceptional healthcare for the aged, mentally and physically disabled. My background began as a Medic in the United States Army. I transitioned and worked as a licensed Medic for numerous of years providing emergency medicine, basic life support, advanced life support, ambulatory care, geriatric care, dementia and Alzheimer's care, amongst others to say the least. I'm also a licensed Assisted Living Administrator and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. I have developed a genuine passion over the years for providing assisted living services for the elderly so that they may enjoy living independently at home opposed to living their lives in a nursing facility. With the amount of education, knowledge, and expertise I have gained along with the tools and skills I have, I am more than equipped to provide your loved one with the care he or she needs.

Hello my name is Resse. I would like to share a little bit about me. I have 20+ years experience in home health care, hospice, special needs, and CPR/first-aide certified. I have been blessed enough to work with all types of families and ailments from bed stricken to special needs and is very passionate about all that I do and always willing to go the extra mile. I worked in the Newport news public school division with special needs children for over 15years and I have a business license in cleaning. I've always been described by my clients as, "heaven sent us an angel". I also took care of my mother until she passed. She had seizures, kidney failure and was on dialysis, also bed stricken. I prepare meals, great companion and love children. I am no stranger to hard work and I genuinely love people, tremendous experience in dementia, alzheimers, and medication management as well. I have been working in senior care and healthcare since the mid 1990's while in college. My experience first began when volunteering in the Adopt a Grandparent program and as an Activities Assistant in a Pittsburgh Nursing Home. I was married to a minister for 20 years and had many great experiences with the elderly in the church and home setting. We moved to Carthage, MO and I became a certified CNA and CMA. I've experience with nursing homes, assisted living, in home care as well as private clients. Through all of this I have truly found a love and compassion for the elderly population! I have also assisted in the care of my own mother and moved back to this area in November, 2019 to do so.

I care about my patients and there care givers. I want my patient cared for the way I would expect my family to be taken care of. I have always had a Passion for being a caregiver. When I started dental I was also still doing home health. I am proud of the way I treated my patients always. Back ground check done on 6/2020 at Jackson sheriff station but am willing to do another.

I started Green Lifespan in 2009 teaching CPR and First Aid. I have now expanded to provide a full service Senior Concierge Service for seniors within my community. I provide relocation services, safeguard services, transportation, light housekeeping, companionship, bill pay, errands, and much much more! I also teach CPR and First Aid free of service for the entire family upon signing up for a service with me!
