I'm very responsible and reliable and give all the care that's needed, for daily independence.

I have been a certified nursing assistant for 17 years? I am excellent at caring for others. Helping individuals whom have been injured or those who are disabled or ailing is my passion. I take great pride in being a CNA and assisting where people can not completely do for themselves, to ease the load on the family and loved ones.

I am a great caregiver because I put my heart into this field. I genuinely care and do not look at this as just another job. I have sympathy and put myself in other people's shoes. I treat them how I would want my grandmother or mother treated, or even how I would want to be treated. This field isn't for everyone. It is for me though. I offer one of a kind companionship as I know the difficulties and struggles that people deal with daily. It is hard to not be able to do what you once did and needing someone to do it for you. I understand. I'm there when family can't be there or just won't be there or when there is none. I love knowing that I'm making a positive impact in someone's life.

Caregiving came to me naturally in my younger years and I believe God has placed natural talents and gifts in all of us. I enjoy working with people and take my work seriously. I count it an honor to serve others and I hold myself accountable for the care I give others even how I communicate and relate to my clients and their families. I really do enjoy being a caregiver because I love to encourage others and to lift their hearts where I can. (I also believe that what goes around comes around and one day I may need someone to care for me and encourage me.) I am very proud of working in a hospital, learning to train the nursing staff on safety and patient handling techniques. I am now a single mom with children grown and living very productive lives. I am not married any longer so I have to restrictions on my time. I do prefer to work night shifts because I did this for many years as a single mom. (child care for 3 was cheaper this way so I have become accustom to working nights.) I do have very strong references upon request.

Hello, my name is Rosemary Moreno I am currently in nursing school and have worked in the medical field for about 7 years. I love working with geriatric clients and keeping them company and I love listening to any stories they have and want to tell. My job is to make sure my client is well taken care of and happy at the end of my shift.

What makes me a great care giver is that I love to be around people my heart goes out to those who cannot do for themselves.
