I love to help people. I began helping my great-grandmother at age 16. It has been my passion since.

I feel I would be a great caregiver because I am very caring and considerate of others. I am always willing to go beyond expectations to help a person.

I am a 42 year old mother of 5 grown children. I learned caregiving by assisting the nurses that came by to help my parents in hospice care when they passed of cancer.

I have seven years of caregiving/ CNA experience and still hold my CNA license. My personality traits that contribute to being a great caregiver include, being passionate for helping others, energetic and empathetic, honest, dependable and clear communication. I have always had the desire to help others and I thought working in Healthcare as a caregiver would fulfill my desires which I am glad I chose this path as I find it very satisfying and rewarding. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is being able to be there for someone in their time of need as well as getting to know the person.

I started caregiving as a volunteer 7 years ago and loved the position so much i decided to open my own business helping people who need that little extra help. I offer activities, companionship, safety, education, love and respect. I am also the team leader of our senior ministry at church in montgomery. We do monthly activities and provide love and support where needed or desired. I believe we all have gifts and one of mine is loving our senior community. I am a community speaker/educator for the Alzheimer Association and i am Alzheimer certified. I am also first aid trained and cpr trained and certified.

A little about me..... first and foremost I have a small medical companion dog (Pomeranian). He's 8 years old and he goes everywhere I go. I have been taking care of people off and on for 40 years. I spent my teen years babysitting and then started taking care of retired people. I love both kids and the elderly, but prefer adults. They have fun stories. I love getting to know people and "what makes them tick". My son is 22, lives out of state and has Aspergers. I have experience in many types of people. My last 2 people were in their 80's and 90's. Both women had dementia. I have many years of experience with different types of ailments. I really enjoy caregiving. I get personal satisfaction when I can help them. Just in case it matters I am a 54 year old liberal lesbian originally from Canada but have been in the states since I was 15. I'm fine if you want to do a background check. I'm a very open and honest person. In my spare time this past years I've stayed home because of covid. Normally though I run a meetup social group. We go to dinners, play cards and other games, hike, camp and basically do a little of everything. That's a little about me. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

I've worked with wide variety of individuals until they have transitioned to be with God. I was attracted to do this because I love to help people and to make them as comfortable as possible and give ease to their families mind. I simply enjoy putting a smile on someone's face. You never know how a person feels so knowing that they were comforted by my care makes life much more brighter.

I have been a cna since 2010. I started out working in a nursing home in Virginia where I quickly realized taking care of people is where my calling is. I currently work at University Hospital in Augusta and have worked there since April 2016.

Hello! I love caring for an individuals needs. I'm kind, considerate and patient. Ive worked with a variety of individuals from elderly to young disabled adult and hospice. Most of my experience has been as a private caregiver. I found my passion as a caregiver over 20 years ago when my father needed hospice and I saw the lack in the basic caregiving. I then saw a need for caregivers who actually care for the individuals and their families.

I think that I would be a great care giver because I am compassionate for the elderly! I help take care of my mom and I know that the people I will be helping and taking care of, is a mom or dad to someone and that I would want someone to be compassionate with my parents if they had a caregiver!

I have a caring spirit. I want to ensure my "Senior Babies" feel safe, comfortable and most of all loved. They should feel like family. My mother had dementia so I understand the support needs and total dependence on others that ultimately occurs in the late stages of the disease. They need us (caregivers) more than ever and we can't let them down. My personal achievement is raising a set of intelligent twin girls. Whose managers always have wonderful things to say about them.
