My name is Kathleen but I go by Kate. I am 41 years old and live in Ellicott City. I'm currently taking prerequisite classes at Howard Community College so I can apply to the Nursing Program in the fall. I am a dependable, patient and empathetic person. I have worked at a senior living facility before and I love working with others. Being a caregiver is very rewarding for me and I thrive when I'm helping others.

I am new to the area but not to the profession of health care. I have been working as a privet duty caregiver since I was 15 years old. Became a CNA in 2004 and currently hold a certification in Illinois and Alabama. I am in the process of getting Florida. I have a clear background accepted by DCF. I am; PCM, CPR, first aide, and HIV certified. I also have a clear TB test. I have taken and passed zero tolerance and core competency. I am also a certified care giver for CDC+. I pride myself on making my clients more than just a job or profession to me. If I was to be hired I can guarantee that I am punctual, and that every client is family to me.
