Thank you for stopping by to learn more about me! I was blessed to care for my mother for the last two years of her life while she battled dementia and alzheimer's. Spending that time with her has forever changed me and inspired me to care for other aging adults when the opportunity arises. As my mom's full-time caregiver I prepped her meals, assisted with toileting, transferred her, fed her(as she declined), laughed and talked with her, watched her favorite television shows with her, dispensed medication, groomed and bathed her. Caregiving is a very special job. I would love to care for your loved one as I cared for mine.

Hello, my name is Vanessa Rodriguez. I am 20 years old, I am currently a Caregiver for seniors with Dementia in a facility by Elk Grove. I'm very interested to work in this field, I always wanted to help others that are in need of company or other needs. I love the beach, hiking, painting and most of my free time I spend it with my friends. I am very open minded, although I am young I have a very free spirit. Hello my name is Serena, since the age of 13 I have always helped take care of my grandmother and thats where I developed a passion for caring for others. After graduating High School I enrolled in Eskaton's Certified Nursing Assistant Program, I am now working at one of Eskaton's Long Term Care Facilities. I provide care for patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Dialysis and Diabetic patients etc. Also I have experience with checking vitals, preparing meals, and assisting residence with hygiene, and activities of daily living. I have worked as a Cardiac Medical Assistant and Stress Treadmill Technician for 22 years. My passion is dealing with seniors and their families to help make life a little easier for everyone. Working with Seniors in a home setting was a natural next step for me. I am a kind, caring person and love this type of work which makes it a joy to help others! I have a reliable SUV and am able to help in any capacity. I am a certified medical assistant with a current CPR certificate and advanced medical knowledge from all my years in Cardiology.
