Hello everyone! My name is Fatima and have over 2 years experience as a Certified Nurse assistant, and I am currently persuing my BSN. I have great experience with Alzheimers patients, and I know how difficult it can be when our loved ones are suffering from Alzheimers and Dementia. My mother herself unfortunatly has been diagnosed with cerebral atrophy, and is slolwy showing signs. Luckily, I have sufficient knowledge and backround with working with such patients. . I have experience with both Alzheimer's and Dementia patients, of all stages. I understand that it requires alot of patience and love to work with individuals suffering from such stages. Regardless of their condition, they should be treated with respect and love. My last patient had stage 4 alzheimers, she could barley speak. The only time she would speak was when I would help assist change her clothes. She would get very very angry and formulate full sentences. This really opened my eyes to reazlie that even though to all of us she seemed lost and far away in her own world, she was actually very aware of her surroundings. Or for example, she would smile at me and say thank you from time to time. I truly enjoyed my time with her. Hopefully we can talk some more, and find each other to be a great fit. Hi my name is Sosena Ayele. I am 31 years old. I am a mother of 3. I am from Ethiopia. It's been 10 years since I moved here in US. I have 8 years caregiver experience. I enjoy doing it , because I like helping people. I used to be A clinical Nurse when I used to be in Ethiopia. But, when I come here they didn't accept it so I start it from the scratch which is CNA. I am currently a part-time caregiver for a couple of clients. I'm a medical assistant and I hold a caregiver basic training certificate; also, a food handling safety certificate. I do light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping & errands, transportation, medication reminders, general assistance with things my client needs which vary from day to day - Transferring, bathing, personal grooming, toileting, etc. I am calm, compassionate, patient & friendly. I'm fond of pets and plants. I have a degree in horticulture. :) Currently, my schedule is open afternoons after about 2pm, and Saturdays.

I'm a very caring and outgoing person who loves helping people. Ever since I was younger I would help my grandmother and I eventually started to care of her after a stroke. Hello my name is Cheri I have worked with elderly care off and on from 2005 to present. In these years I have gained a lot of experience . I also have good judgment and a great personality I put my all into giving my client the best care. My philosophy is to give the best care because some day I'm going to be old and I would want someone to take care of me just like I took care of my clients who have become my friends.

From my experiences in life, I have had the privilege to take care of many members of my family. The enjoyment and peace I felt while taking care of my family members encouraged me to go into care taking. My first job as a caretaker was at a day care where I worked for about three great years from 2009 to 20011. I have not had a chance to go back into that career field until now.
