I love my job and my patience. Its a passion for me not just a job. My mother died while in nursing school and so i decided to follow in step with helping ppl. My clients/residents are more valuable to me than i am to them. Each person i deal with leaves an different impact on my life,mind and soul. They put their trust in me to help them at a time they cant. They have to swollen everything they have ever done for themselves and pride to ask for it and they trust me.Some residents in nursing homes dont have family,friends or just someone to stop by and im that person. What attracts me in being a caregiver is when I had to take care of my grandmother. My grandmother gave to me unselfishly and for that I am forever grateful. When it was her time to need someone to be there for her, it was no hesitation on my end. I love being there for others in any way possible.
