Hello my name is Alexis cook, I got into this field about 13 years ago with a dear friend of mines who has Ms , she was having a lot of difficulty adjusting to her new diagnosis and I was there for here throughout those times helping her to groom, cook, clean , and assist her with her day to day living. I easily fell in love with the job criteria and just knowing how much of a positive influence I had on her life made me fall in love with the job and being a help to someone.

I got into this field after spending many years of caring for my Mother who was also wheel chair bound. It only seemed right to contine down this path even after she passed on.
